This is the most perfect balance of sweet and spicy honey. You taste the spicy kick afterwards, love that it’s made with whole ingredients, raw honey which makes the taste even better. I literally use it on everything nachos, boiled eggs, on omelettes basically it goes with everything type of food. Best part is it’s low in calories and sugar.

This shower oil foams beautifully once it contacts water and leaves your skin silky smooth in shower, I like to apply it after as well once I dry my body for double moisturize or sometimes I mix it in with my body lotion. This has the most beautiful almond scent and softest texture my skin feels so glowy.

I often struggle with indigestion because of travelling a lot as a flight attendant and this has definitely changed that. My stomach has been feeling a lot balanced lately. I love that it has kefir, the flavour is just so tasty. I literally wake up just to drink this drink!! The compliments I am getting on my glowing skin are constant.
