I only take one a day, and I find them quite effective ! They've reduced my hot flashes and especially the night sweats, which were so unpleasant. I still have some but not every night and they're much less pronounced than before.
This is a wonderful discovery for me, as I tend to just endure these symptoms instead of finding a solution.

I found it yummy and of good quality; I was really surprised because I rarely buy pre-packaged meals. Plus, you can eat it directly from its little container, which avoids extra washing up. A great addition to your pantry!

These turkey franks taste good and are juicy. They are a good alternative to those with pork. They should please children as much as adults. Low in fat, turkey is a healthier choice, although these are unfortunately rather salty. My daughter had fun in the kitchen and made cute little ghosts to add to the fun! It's a real shame that these two products contain so much salt, which for us doesn't make them healthy products, even though they are low in fat.

Perfect for breakfast or brunch, this turkey bacon is still very good and much less fatty than pork bacon. Easy and quick to prepare, it is however less crispy than pork bacon and looks more like a grilled ham in the end. Its taste is good and it is a nice alternative for those who do not like pork or find it too fatty, however it is rather salty which unfortunately reduces its health effect in my opinion. There is a also a salt reduced version of this bacon which in my opinion would be more appreciated here in my family.

These nail patches are designed to easily and effectively replenish damaged nails overnight.
It's simple, just wear one patch per damaged nail overnight for a minimum of 8 hrs, no hassle. Easier than a messy liquid solution these patches offer fast and effective results in reducing nail discoloration and dullness due to nail polish, gel, acrylics or nail fungus.
Simply remove your nail polish, wash and dry your nails thoroughly before applying one of these patches. Go to sleep and that's it! They are easy to use and adhere well to the nail and the surrounding skin. I applied them to my toes but they could also be used on fingernails.
The next morning, remove them and repeat the process before next bedtime until you get the desired results. Note that depending on the problem with your nails, the treatment can last from 3 to 6 months (or shorter) depending on the severity of the damage to your nails.

I especially like that it is effective for swimming 🏊♀️ and that it lasts for 80 minutes, which is quite impressive!
I couldn't test it for swimming of course because it's still spring here and our pool isn't ready. It is recommended to apply it 15 minutes before sun exposure ☀️and to reapply every 80 minutes to 2 hours Max between each application.
