I tried Otelia’s Organic Edamame Spaghetti and I loved the clean ingredients since it’s literally just beans and water. The texture was surprisingly good for a gluten free pasta because it stayed firm and didn’t get mushy. It cooks fast and is super high in protein, which makes it great for quick healthy meals. The taste wasn’t my favourite on its own, but with a good sauce and veggies it worked really well. I’d still reach for it again for the nutrition and convenience.

They’re thin, soft, and super comfortable, but at the same time absorb much better than regular period pads—no leaks or odors thanks to the bamboo and charcoal blend. I love that they’re fragrance-free, non-bunching, and eco-friendly (92% biodegradable in a year!). Finally, a natural, reliable option for light bladder leaks that doesn’t feel bulky or irritating.
