Sometimes your skin needs a little extra love, especially during our cold Canadian months, and a face cream doesn’t quite cut it. This is what you want for those times! I’ve been using the Neutrogena Hydro Boost Gel Cream for ages now, and it’s amazing!, however my job has me facing some pretty harsh conditions for my skin. The Neutrogena Hydro Boost Night Pressed Serum has gotten rid of those pesky dry patches caused by work and the cold, and has revitalized my skin! I love how the packaging is consistent with the Gel Cream (and it’s cute!), and the application process couldn’t be any simpler. You have to go try this, now! -

I’ve only just recently started getting into skincare, I’ve always had nice skin (albeit maybe a bit dry) so thought why bother? However since beginning to dabble in skincare, I get the hype! The Neutrogena Hydro Boost Hyaluronic Acid Serum is perfect for all skincare addicts, beginner or advanced! It has a no fuss application process, delightful texture, and goes on like a breeze. The packaging is phenomenal, truly. It’s the perfect size, the button dropper is legitimately amazing (I’ve never seen one like it!), and most importantly it’s adorable. After using it for about a week my skin feels so soft, and less dry! I’d definitely recommend it, especially for those just starting out in the skincare world! -

I’ve used Batiste dry shampoo sprays for years and loved them, and was really hoping this would hold up to the sprays but it fell quite flat! It is significantly better than the tresemme cleansing foam which just left my hair wet and dirtier than before, but this still isn’t quite what I’m looking for! Even after adding more and more product it felt cleaner/less greasy but did not look any different at all, compared to the sprays which have never failed me. I have fine fairly thin hair so perhaps it’s just my hair type, and I’ll continue to give it a shot but overall I’ll be sticking to the sprays. -

I was so excited when this first came out, a shampoo full of natural goodies, who wouldn't love it? Not me. I gave it an honest shot and used it multiple times, and each time I was left with not so fresh hair. I find that it tends to leave quite the film of grease after, and you're needing to wash again much sooner than you normally would. I wish that this product worked for me, but alas it was less than a success. -

When the micellar water hype popped up, I have to admit I thought it was a cash grab, however I tried Garnier's and I have to say I've been converted! Not only is it gentle but it's effective as hell, even on the hardest to remove makeups! As some other people have pointed out it can tend to leave a bit of a greasy residue, but I find if you do a quick rinse with water after it's gone in no time. I'm so glad the micellar water hype has come, and I'm on my third bottle of this stuff already! -

I'm what I would call a self proclaimed perfume addict. You name it, I've probably tried it. So when I received Light Blue as a birthday gift I was estatic to run it through the ringer and see how it stood up to other luxury brands, and let's just say it passed with flying colours! I love the scent, it's classic but also just unique enough to have everyone asking you what you're wearing. Considering the brand, scent, and overall aesthetic of the bottle and packaging I say it's well worth its price. 10/10 would recommend over and over again. -
