
I agree, this bread is a little pricey - but you truly get what you paid for. Great tasting and never enough left around to ever go stale. My family has been enjoying this bread for 50+ years. Thankfully Dempster's only change was in slicing it... +

Thankfully Dempster's only change was in slicing it, and not a change to the recipe, unlike too many good things that companies want to reissue as 'Improved' (and sadly, that's often not the case). -
