False advertising was detected at Suzy Shier, Carlingwood mall, Ottawa, ON. Price at cash register came up higher than the advertised price on rack. After I pointed out the difference, the salesperson said it was not a mistake and it was store manager's decision to setup the rack and the price this way and there was nothing she could do about it. The store manager was not available at that time to discuss the issue. So we left the store frustrated and disappointed. This happened on Wed, July 11, 2012, at about 8 p.m. Will never shop at this particular store again.    -
