First off, I love that Chapman’s is Canadian and supports Canadians.
Made in Canada with 100% Canadian Dairy is a big deal for myself and my family and it influences our purchases.
This is a nice, sweet and healthier treat for summer. It’s delicious and refreshing. This frozen yogurt is lower in fat and lower calories compared to regular ice cream - for those that are looking for an alternative to a refreshing frozen treat. The strawberry flavour really shines through and the little chunks of strawberry are really nice. It’s great in both a cup or a cone.
Growing up, I was never a huge fan of strawberry ice cream or froyo, but now I’m a total convert! It absolutely hits the spot.
Next time you’re in the ice cream freezer at the store, consider giving this a try because it’s delicious and you’re supporting Canadian!

This is the most amazing shower oil. Hands down.
I’ve always looked at L’Occitane as a mature brand on the higher side of the price scale. Wow, was I wrong. This is an incredible product that is well worth its price point.
This product l starts as a silky oil that turns nice and milky when wet. It lathers nicely and leaves skin feeling incredibly soft and supple. The scent is amazing, it’s almost like vanilla and almond. The scent is long lasting on skin. Skin feels very soft throughout the day. This is such a nice treat after a long day. It’s very spa like (as a mom of two, these moments are very few and far between). This has been such a game changer for me.
This iconic scent has gotten me hooked on this brand and has really changed my perception of it. This bottle has lasted me a long time, a little goes a long way. I prefer to use it with a cloth, but the bubbles that are created with a shower pouf are so nice!
I highly recommend adding this into your daily shower routine. This is a restock for me!

The three flavours are milk chocolate, white chocolate and dark chocolate. Each bite is filled with an incredible crunchy and creamy filling. The classic flavours of Ferrero Rocher, but elevated.
All three flavours were incredible, but my favourite was the dark chocolate. I don’t typically like white chocolate, but this was the best I’ve ever had.
These are a decadent little treat and are worth trying. They’re indulgent and easy to share or take on the go. Highly recommend!

I cannot get over how delicious these AWAKE caffeinated chocolates are. I tried the caramel filled chocolates and both my husband and I loved them.
Each chocolate equal 1/2 cup of coffee. You do notice it once it kicks in. These are perfect for when you want a sweet treat with a little something extra. It’s the perfect early afternoon pick me up, when a cup of coffee is too much caffeine.
The chocolate itself is seriously tasty and it’s certified fair trade. These are also gluten free, which is very important in my household.
These are something we keep in our work bags and in our pantry because they’re so tasty and effective!

These Ultra Omega-3 capsules from NOW are manufactured locally (shout out to Guelph, Ontario), which is very important to me as a consumer.
I found these capsules are easy to swallow and are very gentle on my stomach. Since incorporating them into my daily routine, I haven’t encountered any gastrointestinal side effects. They also have zero fishy taste and don’t give fish breath!
I’ve been taking these as recommended, two capsules twice daily, for under one month. It hasn’t been long enough to note any major changes but it’s such an easy thing to incorporate and I do overall feel great.

It’s easy to apply and works quickly to effectively relieve aches and pains. This is very, very lightly scented in comparison to other pain relief rubs that I’ve tried.
It doesn’t leave a greasy feeling on skin and it absorbs quickly. This is something that we reach for when we’ve felt like we’ve overworked our bodies.
I have found this to be very relieving for lower back and neck pain.

This is a very tasty oatmeal. The maple is subtle and the oatmeal itself isn’t overly sweet - which I prefer. It’s is gluten free, which is a must for my home. These individual packets are awsome for lunch bags for a midday snack.
I loved it on its own, while my husband added bananas to his. I found that the sweetness from the date powder was perfect for me.
I really liked the crunch with the seeds. The texture is fantastic. The oatmeal is very satiating and keeps me full. The 10g of protein is a nice bonus.
The only thing I’d change, and it’s why I gave this a 4 star, is that the packaging is plastic. If these sachets were paper instead of plastic, this would be a slam dunk!
Overall, great oatmeal and I will repurchase.

This pancake mix from Sixteen Grains is one of the most delicious pre-made mixes that I’ve ever tried.
This pancake mix has very few simple ingredients, which makes this a top contender if your label and ingredient conscious. This is also a Canadian owned company and their products are produced in Canada- which for me is very important as a consumer.
This mix was incredibly easy to make. I halved the recipe. The packaging is releasable, so I was able to make pancakes on two separate occasions.
Both of my kids, and myself loved these pancakes. They were hearty and fluffy. They tasted great!
I will absolutely be repurchasing these because we enjoyed them so much. Real ingredients, easy to make and fun to serve!

This cleansing water is amazing when you need a little more than a wet wipe and don’t have access to soap and a wash cloth. All you need is a cotton round.
The pump is very convenient and dispenses the perfect amount of product. This packaging also includes a removable plastic “lock” which ensures that the pump locks. This is super handy for packing this in the diaper bag or keeping in your vehicle.
I really liked the subtle scent. It doesn’t leave a soapy feeling and it doesn’t leave any residue or dry tacky.
Overall, I ended up loving this product and will continue to repurchase!

We’ve been incorporating this daily moisturizing lotion into our nightly routine. After using the Mustela baby wash, we’ve been following up with the lotion. We have been fostering independence by letting our kids apply lotion on their hands, belly, arms and legs. They’ve been loving it!
The scent is strong at first, but it dissipates and leaves a lovely subtle scent. It’s really moisturizing and leaves skin smooth and hydrated.
It’s not greasy and absorbs quickly, which is a huge bonus in my books. We really liked this lotion.
