I cannot get over how delicious these AWAKE caffeinated chocolates are. I tried the caramel filled chocolates and both my husband and I loved them.
Each chocolate equal 1/2 cup of coffee. You do notice it once it kicks in. These are perfect for when you want a sweet treat with a little something extra. It’s the perfect early afternoon pick me up, when a cup of coffee is too much caffeine.
The chocolate itself is seriously tasty and it’s certified fair trade. These are also gluten free, which is very important in my household.
These are something we keep in our work bags and in our pantry because they’re so tasty and effective!

These Ultra Omega-3 capsules from NOW are manufactured locally (shout out to Guelph, Ontario), which is very important to me as a consumer.
I found these capsules are easy to swallow and are very gentle on my stomach. Since incorporating them into my daily routine, I haven’t encountered any gastrointestinal side effects. They also have zero fishy taste and don’t give fish breath!
I’ve been taking these as recommended, two capsules twice daily, for under one month. It hasn’t been long enough to note any major changes but it’s such an easy thing to incorporate and I do overall feel great.

We’ve been working hard at building a deck in our backyard. Myoflex has really helped us get through this labour intensive project!
It’s easy to apply and works quickly to effectively relieve aches and pains. This is very, very lightly scented in comparison to other pain relief rubs that I’ve tried.
It doesn’t leave a greasy feeling on skin and it absorbs quickly. This is something that we reach for when we’ve felt like we’ve overworked our bodies.
I have found this to be very relieving for lower back and neck pain.

This is a very tasty oatmeal. The maple is subtle and the oatmeal itself isn’t overly sweet - which I prefer. It’s is gluten free, which is a must for my home. These individual packets are awsome for lunch bags for a midday snack.
I loved it on its own, while my husband added bananas to his. I found that the sweetness from the date powder was perfect for me.
I really liked the crunch with the seeds. The texture is fantastic. The oatmeal is very satiating and keeps me full. The 10g of protein is a nice bonus.
The only thing I’d change, and it’s why I gave this a 4 star, is that the packaging is plastic. If these sachets were paper instead of plastic, this would be a slam dunk!
Overall, great oatmeal and I will repurchase.

This pancake mix from Sixteen Grains is one of the most delicious pre-made mixes that I’ve ever tried.
This pancake mix has very few simple ingredients, which makes this a top contender if your label and ingredient conscious. This is also a Canadian owned company and their products are produced in Canada- which for me is very important as a consumer.
This mix was incredibly easy to make. I halved the recipe. The packaging is releasable, so I was able to make pancakes on two separate occasions.
Both of my kids, and myself loved these pancakes. They were hearty and fluffy. They tasted great!
I will absolutely be repurchasing these because we enjoyed them so much. Real ingredients, easy to make and fun to serve!

This cleansing water is amazing when you need a little more than a wet wipe and don’t have access to soap and a wash cloth. All you need is a cotton round.
The pump is very convenient and dispenses the perfect amount of product. This packaging also includes a removable plastic “lock” which ensures that the pump locks. This is super handy for packing this in the diaper bag or keeping in your vehicle.
I really liked the subtle scent. It doesn’t leave a soapy feeling and it doesn’t leave any residue or dry tacky.
Overall, I ended up loving this product and will continue to repurchase!

We’ve been incorporating this daily moisturizing lotion into our nightly routine. After using the Mustela baby wash, we’ve been following up with the lotion. We have been fostering independence by letting our kids apply lotion on their hands, belly, arms and legs. They’ve been loving it!
The scent is strong at first, but it dissipates and leaves a lovely subtle scent. It’s really moisturizing and leaves skin smooth and hydrated.
It’s not greasy and absorbs quickly, which is a huge bonus in my books. We really liked this lotion.

Although my kids aren’t babies anymore (2.5 and 4.5), we take their skincare very seriously. Both have always had sensitive skin, but my youngest gets severe eczema flare ups. This particular body wash was great and didn’t impact her sensitive skin - especially since it’s scented.
The wash itself is scented, but it isn’t too overpowering and it is subtle on the skin after bath time. It’s a gel that lathers and bubbles up nicely. The packaging is great because I am a HUGE fan of pump dispensers, especially for bath time. The pump gives the perfect amount of gel but you can pump more if needed.
The gentle cleanser is effective at getting rid of food, dirt and boogers all while still being soft on the skin. Skin is left feeling clean but not dried out.
As a shampoo, this does clean the hair nicely, but I absolutely do have to use a conditioner on my daughters hair afterwards. Again, a subtle scent is left on the hair afterwards and it’s really nice during post-bath snuggles.
All in all, this is a really nice baby and kid friendly body wash. It’s been a good addition to our nightly bath time routine. I’d absolutely purchase this again in a heartbeat.

I recently started incorporating the Collagen Lift supplements into my daily routine. After trying it for a month, I did notice positive results. I could see that my skin had an overall healthier glow and some of my more prominent lines/wrinkles were less visible.
There was no unpleasant tastes or odours with the capsules. They’re gluten free, which it’s important in my household. The capsules are aren’t overly large and they aren’t difficult to swallow.
I used as directed, which is 4 capsules a day. The only downside is flying through the bottle - which equals to a one month supply. With the price it’s currently at, a monthly restock would get very costly.
Overall, great product with not the best price point.

These are a fantastic cracker. They’re gluten free, which is very important in my household since there is a celiac.
These crackers have amazing texture from the seeds. They’re so tasty, the everything bagel flavour really shines through. These are an amazing alternative to chips and salty crackers. They’re very satiating as well.
These crackers are an amazing way to elevate your charcuterie plate. We enjoyed them with an assortment of cheese and pickles. They’re incredible on their own as well, we definitely eat them straight from the bag.
I haven’t seen them in stores yet, but whenever I do, I will be sure to grab a bag or two because these are such a nice change from boring crackers!
Absolutely recommend! They are a bit pricey, but they do last a long time because they are so satiating.
