I liked that this wasn't too thick. I liked using this after showers or in the night. It helped the flare ups and the fact that there are no fragrances was very nice. Didn't irritate my skin

Loved using this in the morning or during the day.Its very lightweight. only downside is that its not really a GEL more so a very liquid lotion so it was a bit messy.
