I think this is really good I tried it and I really works for my my hair I was a great fan of John Frieda voluminzing I and I like nexus lavish volume shampoo better. Nexxus lavish volume does give my fine, flat hair volume lthough not as much as the but where it really stands out is the way it leaves my hair shiny and healthy matching conditioner and I love the way my hair look now. I also find that I don't have to shampoo as often every day even though I have an oily scalp which is also a great bonus .Now I do find my hair has lost of volume by day 2 I really like it I would recommend it to my family and friend. -

It it really work for me because I am so busy with my boys in the morning it's a quick meal in the morning and I really like the fudge decadent flavor. When I try the fudge replacement bar i was so full and I was really energizing when I was working out compare to other energy bar I have try I think this one gives me more energy I will recommend this protein bar to my friend and family . -
