Upon receiving the product, which came complete and sealed, I immediately set about including it in my many supplements. The pill form is easy to swallow. There was no aftertaste after taking the pill. Before taking this product I was feeling the beginning onsets of perimenopause. There were only a few symptoms and not so prominent. I was having trouble sleeping, irritability, and a few hot flashes every few weeks or so. Nothing too much to complain about. The hot flashes were not heavy and so I was able to deal with them when I did have them. I always had a cup of ice water with me, in class, in the car, and at the gym. This helped on those days I had hot flashes. Now, with the product I began taking one every other day for the first week. Then, I began taking them every day at the same time, which was in the morning before I got started. Or if I was unable to that morning, I would take it at night after I had a cup of yogurt. The first week, I did not feel too much of a difference. I still had my hot flashes, but they were just scaled back a bit. The next couple of weeks I noticed that my feet were beginning to swell and I began to feel flutters in my heart. So much so, that I had to cough to get the rhythm back. I have cut back on my sodium intake but had to also stop taking the product for my safety. Those were the only two major issues that I had while I was taking the product. And I was hoping that this would be long-term for me I unfortunately, can not continue to take them. I have not changed or changed my supplements before taking the product. I recommend consulting with the doctor before taking them.

Good Moo'd 2% Reduced Fat Lactose-Free Ultra-Filtered Milk
The product was very eye catching. But I liked the taste of the milk. The lactose free helped me a lot by not upsetting my stomach. My children loved it as well. I would definitely recommend.

It moisturized my skin and made it supple. I liked that! I put some on at night right before I went to bed and in the morning I noticed my skin was soft and not dry. I liked this product. It comes in a convenient package and the smell is not overwhelming. I also liked that it was organic. Those oils must have been a pain to process but it works very well on my skin, which is normal to oily.
I have some acne problems but this did not irritate them or cause me to break out. It just targeted my elasticity in my skin. Great product!

I bought this concealer in Light/10. With concealer I always put on powder around my eyes to hold the concealer in. It is light and creamy, not like mousse makeup but light. I dot it around my eye where the dark circles are and then I finish at the top of the eye. It hold for a long time, about 16 hours. Though, it tends to come off if you are getting wet.
I liked the consistency of this concealer and how little I had to use in order to get the results I was looking for.
I bought it at Wal-Mart for about four dollars and say that it was worth it.

It is a true red and as an extra it stays on for a long time. I put a topcoat and it will last about a whole week without chipping or wearing out. I love this color and you can never go wrong with red. There's the red dress, red pumps, red lipstick, and now the real red nail polish. For the price, it's well worth it and you don't have to break your piggy bank to get it because you know Avon has great prices! -

When it comes to lip protection I look for lip balm that will make my lips soft. I found Burt's Bees lip balm on sale at Wal-Mart and decided to try it. It contains beeswax, coconut oil and sunflower oil. The beeswax is included to lock in moisture. It does lock it in but the beeswax makes it hard to put on. It has to be warm in order to put it on. I like that it has a minty tingle to it. I like it because of the tingle and it smells minty. I put it on when I go out on a date. But I put lipgloss on top to make it last longer. It makes me smell wonderful along with the other fragrance I put on. The only bad thing about this product is that it wears off too quickly. The average lip balm stays on for more than 20 minutes. Not this stuff. Within 15 minutes it feels flaky or dry. I don't like the after affect. -
