We are new to Celiac and gf flours ! I bought the GF Flour from Robin Hood and am amazed at how my recipes work so well using it ... yes the dough feels gritty but once the item is baked you cannot tell the difference from the ones made with gluten...   +

We are new to Celiac and gf flours ! I bought the GF Flour from Robin Hood and am amazed at how my recipes work so well using it ... yes the dough feels gritty but once the item is baked you cannot tell the difference from the ones made with gluten or without ! I am sorry to see the poor reviews and am glad I didn’t see them before I bought it. The price is crazy expensive but what, gluten free, isn’t !    -
