I received a sample spray. As a result I am not able to comment on the price / value or the design of the bottle. However the scent is very refreshing, and different from other perfumes. I was impressed that the scent does smell like you are sitting under a lilac tree, not too strong, and a small spray is long lasting. It is light enough to not be too overpowering of a scent. -

In my opinion it works if you have small or medium bags under the eyes. It does not lighten any dark areas. It lasts for a few hours and if needed reapply. A little goes a long way, so the bottle will last for a long time. -
