I found it easy to swallow without an unpleasant taste. Will have to see if it helps to prevent my migraines over time! I like that it has the added benefit of helping cardiovascular function. - Product gifted by AOR.

PanOxyl PM Overnight Spot Patches

I love how discreet those patches are, I don’t think I would wear them in public and definitely prefer to wear them at night, but I think on a video call they would not be visible!
