While this product is very tasty it has Turmeric in it. People on bloodpressure pills should avoid this spice it can couse severe stomack problems and is also a blood thinner. I have had these symptoms before when taking turmeric supplament. I read the ingredients but I missed the turmeric until it was too late. I didn't eat it the next day but tried a large spoon full on the third day and the next day it happened again but not as bad. I ate 1 portion the first day. I would buy it but it again if it didn't have the turmeric in it. It must have been a large amount to make me that sick.    -
