I actually wanted to share/test this with my mom; she absolutely adores Vichy products and really raves about them.
My mom used this every day and I can (with my moms permission of course) say that I definitely saw results in her eyes especially. She has more puffy under eyes, where as my problem is dark eye circles.. I can't say that my dark circles disappeared (didn't expect them to...) but, my skin looked refreshed throughout the day (AND my makeup/cover-up didn't cake up.)
Not only does this product smell amazingly beautiful (like ROSES) but it is NOT EVEN GREASY **AT ALL* At first it smooths on, and then your skin soaks the goodness in and Vichy nature takes place.
OMGOSH. THE ... MORNING> WOW! When I wake up after wearing that each night (my mom can attest to this as well!) my skin looked and FELT refreshed. Clean and Smooth. Just. wonderful....
I would DEFINITELY recommend this to ANYONE. all ages. all skin types.. my mom has oily skin and she didn't get oilier!!!
I have more dry skin,/ oily skin; combination skin -- my skin felt very moisturized throughout the day even (ie. like I mentioned before about my makeup/cover up not caking up!!!

I was so lucky to be chosen by ChickAdvisor and Trojan™ to review the new Trojan™ H2O Water-Based Liquid Lubricant in “Closer” for free! Yay!
I am an avid fan of water based lubricants. This is my new favourite. It's reasonably priced (usually a GOOD water based lubricant is around $30)... and this one is around $14.00.
There is NO smell, unlike some other products that have some sort of chemical scent.
A little goes a LONG way with this product. You don't have to keep reapplying, it lasts a long time.
My most favourable thing with this product is that there is NO sticky residue during or after use. There's no need to baby wipe or hop in the shower to freshen up.
It's definitely great fun! I would most definitely recommend this product to anyone! and I WILL be buying this again.
Girls, Guys... instead of spending $10 some junk food, buy this Trojan™ H2O Water-Based Liquid Lubricant in “Closer” and use it to work up a healthy appetite ;)

I received this a little over a week ago, and usually I am quick with reviewing products after a couple of days of trying them - however, I ran into some problems.
I just wanted to say that one product can affect people in many different ways - good or bad. So don't expect to love this soap just because someone else does. ... (: or hate it just because someone else does (:
First off, I am not a person who loves strong scented soaps - which to me, this soap was - it was VERY perfumey.. I hated the smell of it. I thought it would smell very SOFT and gentle like other Dove soaps. But for me, it was a very harsh strong scent which I did not like at all. I have sensitive skin - and I think because of this, the strong scent dried out my skin on my face! So for me, I really didn't like this soap (but like I said before, products will not work the same on everyone! People can break out to certain products, while others wont!)
It lathered okay I guess.. usually I use Coconut bar soap from the Body Shop (and that's very lathery) but I was not impressed by how it lathered. It didn't feel smooth when I applied it to my face, like other soaps I have used, and when I rinsed it off I felt like I had residue on my face. This soap is definitely not the soap for me - I would not change it with my regular soap product (Body Shop products). My mom agreed with me about the scent too, she doesn't like it either. So I probably won't recommend this to my friends...
Now to explain the picture... I used this soap on my face in the shower - then I left it on my soap dish in the bottom of my shower. My dog comes inside every night (she's usually an outdoor dog) and she is a Australian Shepherd/Husky mix. I guess what had happened, is my dad let her wander around before putting her on her leash. She went into the shower and got a hold of my soap and hid it. Overnight, she gnawed on it (as you can see from the picture - the teeth marks). And I woke up to a wonderful pile of barf :D .. . . . lol. I actually ended up having to take her to the vet because she was extremely sick for 3 days and would not eat and barely drink; we assumed the soap was the culprit. Anyways, she's okay now. But that's why it took so long for me to write this review (lol).
So:
Me = not a big fan of this soap at ALL.
Dog = HUGE fan of this soap, and would probably eat it again if she could.

Febreze Car Vent Clips Freshener in Linen & Sky

At first, it was kind of scary when "snapping it" in place, but it said firmly.. regardless, I blinked when it snapped though! I thought I was going to break it for sure...
I didn't think this would clip on my vents at all, it would just fall off like everything else I've tried... BUT IT DID NOT! It stuck on and STAYED on, without glue or anything sticky. No marks left on my vent either.. (: and it was definitely VERY easy to use! :D Just snap, and put it on your air vent in your car.. Oh , and remove it from the packaging it came in (duh - which was honestly harder to open then the actual product was lol)
I've used every kind of car scent freshener. . from the scented Trees that you have to leave in the plastic packaging because the scent it so damn strong.. to the gel vent clip/stick ons that smell way too powerful and blow in your face with strong potent scents -_-
I smelled this product as soon as I "snapped it" to get it started, and it was a pleasant smell! I really liked it, fresh! But it was definitely more of a "soft" scent when it was actually attached to your vent. Which I absolutely loved...
Let me explain...
I have chronic headaches and get migraines sometimes, so I am sensitive to potent smells. ie. You know, those guys that bathe in cologne and walk past you and it's like you can taste the smell? :D Like that! It's the worst, but even some candles I can't even stand because they smell too too strong.
Anyways, the smell of this product was light and it didn't give me any headaches AT ALL. LOVED it in my car. I had it on the first, smallest scent setting.. and that was enough for me (I don't know if it lasts longer if you put it on the 3rd though) I don't like overpowered smells, so the first scent setting was perfect for me. However, it still made my car smell really fresh indeed!!
I've had it since March 14th, and it is now March 25th.. and it still makes my car smell fresh! Lovin' it :D
I would definitely purchase this product again, and I recommend anyone tries it! It's really great!!
Now if Febreeze only made this in Coconut scent.. that is my favourite scent ever :D

The Body Shop Seaweed Clarifying Toner

This is by far the best toner I have used. It is so cool that it is made from au natural SEAWEED!
I exfoliate, and wash my face with the Body Shop Tea Tree Cleansing face wash for acne-prone skin (which is also freaking amazing) then apply this toner with a cotton pad all over my face and around my face (neck) as well as behind my ears.
It feels SO tingly and refreshing! I feel so refreshed after every time I use it. And you can literally feel your pores tighten, and I have noticed my pores (around my nose and cheeks where I gets oily) appear smaller too! Also, I haven't gotten acne on my face since I started using this combination of happy clean face routine :D
I really enjoy the smell of it too.. When you think of seaweed.. You think of ew gross fishy smell, but it's actually quite pleasant, and smells ... Tingly fresh.. Not Minty, but kind of like that.
I just am in love with this product... As well as the Hemp line from the Body Shop (:

I was super excited to review this! When the FedEx guy came I was like Eeeee!! (haha... but seriously)
I've tried other (cheaper) brands for the whitening strips but I found this one to be the most effective and most easiest to apply.. and.. most best.. tasting? There's not really a taste to it, but that's what's great about it!! When I put on the cheaper brand whitening strips, your teeth had to be DRY. Soon as your teeth were moist, they would slip right off and they tasted horrible!! Crest is easy to apply and stays put until you want to take it off.
PROS:
EASY TO APPLY: it took me under 5 minutes to apply these strips top and bottom - and that's because I was being careful
NO TASTE: The taste was kind of there, but nothing that made your nose scrunch up. I was pleasantly surprised.
CONS:
WHITE FINGERS: My fingers that were used to apply the strips got a little bit white, but that's normal according to the packaging. It wasn't a big deal, just goes to show how powerful the whitening agent is.
TEXTURE: I suppose whitening teeth isn't going to be perfect in every way, but the texture was really kind of gross as the time went on. I couldn't wait to take the strips off.
REMOVAL: The removal was strange as some parts of the strips were as what it seemed to be glued to my teeth, but I removed them with close to no problems.
SENSITIVITY: This was stated in the instructions as well, that teeth sensitivity is normal to experience after using Crest whitestrips. I have sensitive teeth to begin with, and after using these my teeth (especially the bottom teeth) were very sensitive for a few hours.
PRICE: They are pretty expensive... I don't know if I will buy it.. I might try and do a whitening tooth paste challenge to see how it compares to the white strips. But if you need quick white teeth for pictures, I do suggest getting this product, it really makes a noticeable smile!
So when 2 hours was up, I was VERY happy to take the strips off. It was a pretty long and grueling 2 hours I must admit... But alas! It was easy to remove them and I had a couple of spots on my teeth (normal too) but I rinsed my mouth a few times and brushed my teeth, and Voila! I was impressed with the results! My teeth were noticeably whiter than before. I attempted to take a before and after pic - but, i did two different light settings so they are completely different and not a good comparison (my apologies). But believe me, I could DEFINITELY see the whiter shade results! Very very happy with this product and glad I have more applications for down the road!

What was your overall experience with this product (flavour, refreshing taste, etc.)? Fuji Apple Pear is DEFINITELY my favourite - absolutely LOVED the flavour. It was quite refreshing too, and I liked that it quenched my thirst. Ok this might be bad - but I have a sweet tooth, and I always try and see what drinks makes my face scrunch up, I can drink this and not make a sour face, which I just love so much LOL. I also love the fact that it's only 10 calories and still delicious :)
How did it compare to other flavoured water beverages you've tried in the past? I've tried Fuji Apple Pear before and fell in love with it the first sip, so this was a treat getting to try it again and again!! I've had Glaceau's Vitamin Water before, I did like it too, mostly for the fun/funny facts on their bottles. It made drinking it much funner... and lots of cool flavours to try. But I found it tasted a little bit more artificial than Aquafina's version of it... So I think I like the taste better with this brand.
Would you buy it again or recommend to a friend? The only thing I don't like about this Vitamin Water is the price - I won't buy it if it's not on sale... I think $2 is too pricey for it. I guess because it's "healthy" they have to charge more - but for a pop you can get like a 2 litre for that. Although I don't really drink pop.. ever... but you know. I think it's too expensive - but it is yummy, and if I am really thirsty, I might convince myself it's okay to pay the price for the yummies :D I would recommend this to my friends and family for sure :)
Now for my input - I'm a bit of a biology freak, and all the vitamins listed are water soluble... meaning they just get flushed through your body and don't really do anything for ya :) You just pee them out quickly, really.. only vitamins that stick are the ones with foods :P ie. Orange Juice with pulp is much more vitaminy as opposed to Orange Juice with No pulp... But I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who thinks they will get their daily vitamins with this drink :) It is yummy though, and if you don't like drinking just plain water - I would definitely recommend this rather than pop or anything with more calories in it.

Febreze NOTICEables Dual Scented Pluggable Air Freshener in Morning Walk & Cleansing Rain

However! I wasn't all that really say... "sensitive" to the smell that they named morning walk and.. or wait.. rain? - but anyway... at the beginning, I didn't really like the scent all that much.. and it oddly reminded me of... watermelon candies.
I like how there is a scent control setting (high or low) which puts me in control, but of course I choose the low setting anyway! I was an avid user of BBW products and their wall flowers more specifically, they were small, cute, and compact. That's my only one nitpick about this the FebrezeNOTICEable. I think the plug-in itself is too bulky, on my wall outlet - it takes up almost the tip of the bottom one below. Definitely makes it difficult to plug other things in at the same time.
After about a week of smelling this, I got used to it and it grew on me... I started to like it :) Now... because I got two of these to try... I plugged this one downstairs by my cats stinky litterbox. It DEFINITELY eliminated the odor!!! I was extremely happy about this. I also love the green light feature - you know it's working and you can see which scent it's pumping out :) But I also want to say how much I love this right now because you can see the juices and it lasts a LONG TIME!! Honestly... like you put say.. a car air freshener in your car... and it loses the smell so fast! This is lasting forever, and it's sniffy and fresh every day :D
Anyway. It was really easy to use, just snap the cartridge in and plug it in! I think this product has more "yum" sniff sniff factor to this... Not very over powering which is very nice and I am thankful for no headaches while trying this product either!
I think I would definitely buy this product again, but hopefully just refills for it - and pray that they will be a reasonable price ;) I've already recommended this to my other cat lovers.. But anyone who has a stinky litterbox -- try it out!!

Vaseline Sheer Infusion Body Lotion

I was gifted with the greatest of all skin conditions....eczema! Although, I do have prescription hand cream to treat it, I cannot use it a lot because of the steroids in the cream. So, I enjoy using anything else that will work and soothe my hands during the dry seasons. I've tried all different kinds of lotions for this purpose, but I found everything either burns my hands, is way too greasy, or just... isn't worth it.
UNTIL! I tried this lovely new product Vaseline Sheer Infusion Body Lotion! I used it on my dry cracked hands, and I was waiting for it to burn or sting... but it didn't! Amazing! This is seriously the first lotion I've tried that doesn't do that to my hands. It's not a thick lotion, it's actually quite watered down which makes it great for absorption. It didn't leave my hands greasy one bit, which I love the most.
Another thing I would like to gives a thumbs up about this lotion, is the scent. It's so pretty smelling! It reminds me almost exactly of Victoria's Secret "So Sexy" shampoo and conditioner; which I LOVE!
So, I'd like to say thank you so much Ali for giving me this product to try and another to share with a friend! It will indeed make a nice gift for the season :) The box it came in was so cute! :D

The brush makes a very easy application. It is a long brush, yet it's not too fat. So it really defines each of your lashes. I really truly love this mascara, it makes my eye lashes look gorgeous!
Even though I just put this Mascara on, I will have to see what it's like throughout the day, but I am sure it will do what it says! :
No flakes. No breaks. JUST EXTREME LENGTH!
