I work out 7 days a week. A lot of the days I do cardio for an hour and some days I also do weight lifting. At my age of 50 it takes a long time to recover after each workout and I find my muscles get pretty sore. I wanted to try this for myself and use on my legs after a heavy workout. I found it very light weight and not greasy. The scent was very calming and not overly powerful. I have used it a few times after my workouts and I really enjoy how it makes my muscles feel. I feel better and I find they don't take as long to heal. I am able to go to the gym next day without feeling too much pain. I have also tried it on my sore arms after a workout which also works great. I was very happy to receive this for free to try as I do find it a little pricey and not sure if I would buy this a lot. -

I have been experiencing multiple menopause symptoms for the last 2 years or so. My monthly cycle has been extremely irregular where it didn't come for months to coming back again after almost a year. I have suffered from hot flashes, anxiety and the worst of it insomnia. I tried some other menopause supplements but none have helped as much as the Weliva Cimidona. I received this product for free and have been taking them for almost 2 months. I have not had a hot flash for over a month. I have more energy and my anxiety is much better day to day. Most of all this has helped me with my insomnia. I am able to get a good night sleep now which I haven't had in over a year. I can honestly say that this has been the best supplement for my symptoms and I have already purchased more. Menopause can affect your life so much on a daily basis. I am thankful I found something that is making my life easier -

The first thing I noticed about this product is the packaging which I found to be descriptive and the dropper was great for easy measurement. The smell was not the greatest so I had to put in in juice to make sure my child takes it and doesn't notice. I like that my child is getting the much needed iron as she is a picky eater and doesn't get enough via foods alone. Overall my child didn't mind it too much and I will continue it to see further effects with ongoing use -

I really enjoy using the PanOxyl brand because I find it very effective. I am currently going through pre-manapause symptoms and acne is one of them. I often wake up with pimples on my face which I haven't experienced since I was much younger. I have been washing my face now with this product and I find the pimples get smaller faster and don't seem to last as long. I find the face wash dries my skin a little bit so I have to put on moisturizer right after washing but other than that it is great. I do find this brand a little pricey but great to get when on sale.

I was so happy to get a free coupon to try the butterball turkey Franks. I am trying to eat healthier and I hear a lot about Turkey products. They are full of protein and much better for you than red meat. I made the turkey frank in my airfryer. It came out nice and thick and was full of flavour. I enjoyed it with some sirachia sauce as a snack. This will be great on a BBQ as well. I will definely be getting more of these as they are delicious

I wasn't sure about turkey bacon as I have never tried it but I was very happy to find out I was getting a coupon to try it for free. I like the idea of eating more turkey as it is a good source of protein and very healthy for you. When first saw it in the store I was happy to see how thick the slices are and how there is almost no fat on them, This is great as I am trying to eat healthy and with less fat. The bacon was easy to make in my airfyer. It only took a few minutes and I got it to be nice and crispy. It tasted so good and I ate it on its own. It is a great meal for breakfast or even dinner. I will definitely get this again

I love the bottle that this rinse comes in. It is super cool, sparkly and so much nicer than any other mouth wash on the market. I love the way it makes my mouth feel fresh and clean for hours after use. Best part about this mouth wash is that it is alcohol free because it doesn't burn your mouth like other mouthwashes do. It is very gentle. I love the fact that this will help to whiten my teeth as I drink a lot of coffee and do some staining on my teeth. I really enjoy using this product daily and I love that you can use the cap for the rinse. I do find it a little pricey, but I will wait for sales, and it is definitely worth it.

I have had an issue with discoloration on my toe nails for a long time now. They have been very yellow looking and very weak and brittle. I was very happy to receive the Kerasal nail patches as they are easy to use and apply and work over night. I am always very self conscious about my toe nails so I try to hide them with nail polish which causes even more damage over time. I noticed a difference on my nails after only 1 week of using the patches. They are less yellow and seem to get their natural color back slowly. I am looking forward to using this for a longer period of time to see how much better by nails will look -

My little one loves spin master toys. He is always so engaged with them and the handheld Flight was no exception. When we received the package he quickly ripped open the box and started taking out the toy. I had to read the instructions for him but he couldn't wait and he was trying to maneuver the spinning dog himself. It was very cute to watch. To be honest I didn't realize that the toy had a USB cable so it took me a bit to try to figure it out as well. We love anything superman related so it was extremely fun and exciting to get the toy going and we definitely took our time which kept us busy and occupied. It was so cool to see the the toy float. My godson was so in awe and was so happy. He kept saying wow; look wow. I love that spin master toys are coming out with toys that keep children guessing and occupied. There is so much excitement with all their toys and this one was definitely one my godson will tell all his friends about. I as an adult had so much fun playing with it. -

I have tried many different brands of sunscreen over the years that claim to be for sensitive skin however I still had issues when using them. I look for products that are free from parabens and fragrances. My skin tends to get dry quite quickly when using SPF products causing it to look aged and damaged. I have always used lotion SPF creams which I find annoying to apply so I was extremely happy to receive the Blue Lizard Spray. I find the spray SPF products so much more convenient, fast and easy to apply especially when at the beach. I travel to Cuba 3 or 4 times a year, so I am always buying sun protection. Being on the beach and having a spray sunblock is the best option for me because I don't find it stick to your skin as much and then causes sand to stick to it as well. The Blue Lizard Sensitive Spray rubs in very well to your skin and doesn't cause a messy residue like some other lotions I have used in the past. Since I spend a lot of my time at the beach, I love that this spray is water resistant, so I don't have to continue to apply constantly. I will enjoy my next month trip to Cuba so much knowing I can bring this product with me and stay in the water for 80 min at least! I am a firm believer in UV protection so the SPF 50 is perfect as it will keep me well protected on my trips and while here at home doing fun things outside. -
