Dave Lepenske is the man when it comes to getting a Tattoo. His shop Tattoo Las Vegas NV inside the Palms hotel. is incredible! Very clean, they take the profession of Tattooing to a whole level. I had been wanting a Tattoo of a Ladybug for quite a while, and was a little nervous. Dave's artwork, shading, and attention to detail was perfect. I wanted it in a sorta private spot, and he made me feel very comfortable. The finished products was more than I could have hoped for.
