I really liked this liner a lot. I normally find liners fade or crease in my eye lid, and thats even when I use a good primer. This sticks all day, washes off easily and you have a lot of control with the brush. The regular price is not crazy... +

This sticks all day, washes off easily and you have a lot of control with the brush. The regular price is not crazy, but I waited for a sale.
I tried out the eggplant color. I apply one layer, do my other eye, then go back to the first for a more vibrant color.
Definitely recommend!

They did whiten my teeth noticeably--to my standards. When I asked the hubby if he noticed... he didn't. So it wasn't dramatic. I did the red lipstick test because that's when I can really tell how stained my teeth are and I have to say... not too bad!!
I didn't taste any peroxide due to the tight TIGHT grip these strips had on my teeth, they leave residue behind but I just rinsed it off with my fingers under running water.
Initially I didn't feel sensitivity, after about 1 hour after removing the strips, I noticed the familiar burn. DARN!
I don't mind the length of 2 hours, I noticed some other reviewers found this as a negative. I have found in the past, the half hour requires me to hang around home, while these 2 hour ones allowed me to go grocery shopping or make dinner. I didn't mind the wait.
Read the instructions! When you apply the strips, the instructions tell you to hold the strip in place for several seconds, probably to create that tight bond. Its not like the commercials where the model just swipes it on then hops in her cute car. Do it right--it just takes a couple minutes!
Overall, I was satisfied... satisfied enough to buy some? Not for everyday, but I do have my wedding coming up and this couldn't have come at a better time.
Only natural teeth can be whitened.
Safe for your tooth enamel, a years supply (4 packs, 1 every three months) give it a shot!

Cool Water is a serendipitous story of different characters and their lives in the small town of Juliet in Saskatchewan Canada. The novel depicts the lively hood of the small town folk and how their lives intertwine. It makes you think about how the people around you deal with the day to day routines and how you play in them-if at all.
Over all, a good read. My only interest was that it was a Canadian Author and that is based in Canada. Other then that it was not a style I often pick up-- it was VERY detailed describing minuet details to the extent that I would skip whole paragraphs and sometimes I was annoyed that the story skipped around to different characters too often.
It took me a while to get through only because it wasn't one of those books that you "just couldn't put down."
I liked the story line, it was different and some characters I found myself REALLY routing for.
I would recommend it however if not only to learn about prairie living and a world totally different then ours, but within our own country.

If you have ever loved a pet in your life then you will be completely immersed in this story. If you've never owned a pet, then reading this will make you understand why so many people have found love and admiration for pets in their lives.
This book really drew me into Steve Duno's lifetime with his amazing dog "Lou". I have owned dogs in my life and really related to this story. It made me happy, it made me cry. I wish I knew this wonderful character of a dog.
Steve Duno is a professional dog trainer and writer, he also has a blog and a site about his dog Lou, which I can post later I just don't recall them right now.
I really became a part of their lives in this book, it's REALLY worth the read.

Retail is about $10.00 and with that you get a nail file with buffer, cuticle stick, and 16 strips. I bought them on sale and picked up three boxes. LOVE! I especially liked how they stood up against wear and tear, they didn't get dull, and I like the 3 sheer shades. I was excited when the really colourful and dazzling shades came out--but for work, those zebra stripes and polka dots were not appropriate. These are fab!
You just use regular nail polish remover when it's time to clean them off.
No waiting for drying!
They are so easy too. Took me a while but the out come is worth it, same with the price.
Try them out if you don't have time for touch ups or have brittal nails.

The best thing about 416-florist is that when you call an actual person answers the phone. It's not auto-mated which I love. The girl was lovely and I was on hold once or twice when I had questions she didn't know how to answer. I was ordering flowers for my office to give out on Mother's day so I was ordering about 100 gerbrea daises.
Delivery costs $12.99 and I got each daisy for 2 dollars, which was a mark down since I was buying so many. I have a feeling though you can talk them down, she was very agreeable. I am sure in this business they know you can easily hang up, and try somewhere else.
Since it was for mother's day, I had them delivered on Saturday instead, they came during business hours and they were the only place I called that didn't require me to pay credit. She agreed to take cash when the delivery came. GREAT!
I didn't get to see them on Sunday, I was off but I was told they looked great!
I requested they be delivered in a bucket of water since I know no one here would do it, and they had no problem filling my request.
Definitely give these guys a chance next time you order flowers.

I broke the little rubber part on the heel of my favorite high heels! I took them to this little place located in the Yonge-Eglington Centre (right by the LCBO) and it was fixed in half an hour. (What a relief!)
The Owner is pictured on the website and he's so nice! Sweet older gentlemen who also explained that I needed better traction on the bottom of my shoes, but I opted out for that. I just needed the little nub replaced. He replaced both, took a deposit of $10 and I picked them up in half an hour all ready to wear.
I paid 12.99 altogether and I am happy with the result.
The site doesn't look like much but once you see the place you know it's a genuine shoe repair shop, you can see tons of shoes and bags waiting for their facelifts. They cut keys and repair any leather good.
Give it a shot if your loved shoes need some care.

First off, when i walked in the lady at the desk didn't even bother greeting me or approaching, I went to her. I had to ask about the services as she did not offer me details. She was a little rude and not once during my visit did she approach me--she was on the computer the WHOLE time. Bet you, on Facebook!
There are lots of funky looking frames, but they are cheap. I would go back just to buy cheap bold frames for days where I feel like making a statement. But don't count on lots of brand names, they have some but they are locked up and there were maybe 10-12 pairs. Good luck tearing the sales associate away from her perch though.
I left empty handed and I didn't even get a thank you for shopping. Don't waste your time.

I have been wearing glasses since I was 13, so I've had may way around shopping for glasses.
LensCrafters is often considered expensive, and it can seem that way, but you get what you pay for.
Designer brands, both in sunglasses and in regular eye glasses, great selection both in price and brand, exceptional service and best of all 1 hour service.
I arrived in the store at about 5:30, I was greeted and told about the deals, which ALWAYS happens. They ALWAYS approach, but it's not over bearing. This particular visit was 30% off frames and lenses.
Within 15 min, I had found two pairs I really liked, but had no second opinion. The sales associate helped me narrow down my choices and suggested some pairs that I may also like. I picked one of my original pairs and then we sat down to make the purchase. That took all of 15 min.
I have bought from there before so my info was still in the system, which saved me time. My CAA membership was also still in there and I received yet another discount. Also a great perk here, if there are no sales (which like, never happens) if you have CAA, you save.
My total would have been $476 and with the store special and my CAA, it came to 297 including taxes.
You could go to Hakim or Pearle Vision and save $100 right off the bat, but the service here is FAR superior.
The sales associate made conversation with me, complimented my choice, measured my eyes to ensure fit, and then told me to come back in 1 hour for pick up.
I shopped for about half an hour and then headed back, and they were done already! (quiet night?)
Another sales associate sat down with me and fitted the glasses ensuring there was no pinching and that they were balanced. That took all of 5 min.
Then, I was outta there!
LensCrafters provides eye exams, I've never had one and have on site optometrists. They have lots of specials and often, you rarely pay full price, the staff are friendly and want to help. They have a 90 day return policy so if you change your mind, you can pick something else.
Total time: 1 hour!
