The Promensil Double Strength Tablets did not quite work for me. I had /have no relief. The hot flashes and night sweats are still here in full force. I will recommend this product to others because it may work for them. Everyone is different. But not for me. I am a mess! These tablets are easy to swallow. No aftertaste at all. Easy to come out of the packaging. It is worth a try. These will work for others.
