I am so glad that I started rated this product. My peri menopause symptoms are such a pain in the neck to deal with. Having to deal with hot flashes and night sweats makes me so irritable and miserable. Taking these supplements help reduce how often I get them, and how bad they are. I’m able to sleep better at night and don’t have to worry about sweating during the day.
