I have loved this product until recently. The last 3 boxes are not cooperating with my go-to recipes, leaving my baking a bit dense, gummy, and requiring a third more of fluids than the recipes call for. It's as if the balance between the starches...   +

I have loved this product until recently. The last 3 boxes are not cooperating with my go-to recipes, leaving my baking a bit dense, gummy, and requiring a third more of fluids than the recipes call for. It's as if the balance between the starches and the flour(s) is off. I hope the next 3 boxes prove that I had simply got a bad PC batch... otherwise, I'm back to mixing my own gluten free flour.    -
