I use it every night right before I go to bed and it stays on for the next day. Each day, I would wake up smelling fresh and it would last for maybe a day or two at most. It is amazing how it not only smells fresh, but it also completely stops me from sweating. I use to sweat like a maniac when I worked out but once I started using it, all the sweat just stopped. It was a great product to try as it was beyond my expectations -

It was very effective as it had a very nice scent. Also, the scent is not that bad unless you spray too much at once. Sometimes, if you don't just tap the button, the nozzle will continue to spray for a bit. Most likely won't be purchasing this product. -
