I like the ingredients. It's convenient to get Vitamin C, elderberry, and Vitamin D all in one supplement. The taste is pretty good, on the tart side but no weird aftertaste. I don't love the texture- they're a little hard and not enjoyably squishy...   +

I like the ingredients. It's convenient to get Vitamin C, elderberry, and Vitamin D all in one supplement. The taste is pretty good, on the tart side but no weird aftertaste. I don't love the texture- they're a little hard and not enjoyably squishy like some gummies. I haven't gotten sick since I've started taking them but obviously that could be for many reasons. Overall, I will keep taking them for added immune support.
