It’d hard to know if this had any actual effect, but at least it’s a super tasty flavour!

Overall, I had a very positive experience with this simple, but effective cleanser! Aveeno has recently been coming out with these amazing refill pouches that reduces plastic (they claim by 80%). Each refill pouch can refill the bottle twice, which is honestly amazing! It’s convenient and easier to store than buying a bunch of bottles. Totally wish more brands did this! -

It has a clean, light scent with the slightest hint of oat. The texture is a smooth, slippery gel that doesn’t suds. It rinses off very easily.
It very gently cleans the skin without leaving it feeling stripped or irritated. It’s also semi-hydrating when paired with the rest of your hydrating routine. It’s very much a "neutral" cleanser in that it’s simple and gentle, but there’s nothing super special about it. But y’know, sometimes that’s all we need and want, eh? I have combo skin and I like to switch back and forth between a gentle cleanser like this and a foaming cleanser for days that my skin is really dirty and oily. I think this cleanser would fit well into any routine, especially on days where your skin feels sensitive or dry 😊

Can I just say… WOW! I’ve always used the general shaving foams, but this gel is so much better! At first, I was hesitant because I was wondering how a gel could actually protect my skin… but it lathered up really easily and quickly and gave a smooth, thin barrier for my skin. I have pretty sensitive skin and this prevented irritation and was gentle! It definitely stayed on my skin during the whole shaving process and was super easy to rinse off. A huge advantage is that it’s clear, so I found it easier to see what I was doing and make sure I wasn’t missing any hairs. I’m going to use this again for sure! -

The bottle is a good size and easily dispenses the product. The body wash is very gentle and the scent is subtle and pleasant. I love Aveeno’s effort in sustainability - this package contains enough to refill two 530mL bottles, and even more than twice the 354mL bottle I have. It claims to have 80% savings in plastic and uses 30% post-consumer recycled plastic. The only sad thing is this bag isn’t recyclable - but I still think this is a nice option instead of continuously purchasing the original bottles! -
