It's formulated with bamboo dust and AHA + PHA, so it actually buffs away rough skin instead of just sitting there like most exfoliating washes. My skin feels smooth and soft after every single use, not just the days I remember to exfoliate separately. The lavender, eucalyptus, and rose scent is subtle but really nice too. It's cruelty free, tested by people and never on animals, which is always a plus for me. Honestly didn't expect a body wash to make this much of a difference in my shower routine!

I was skeptical at first. I always associated creatine with gym culture and heavy lifting, which is pretty far from my day to day life as a work from home mom. But after doing some research I decided to give Creatine Well a try and I'm really glad I did.
I've been adding it to my morning coffee every day and the thing that surprised me most is how seamlessly it fits into my routine. It dissolves completely with no taste, no texture, no weird aftertaste — I genuinely can't tell it's in there.
What I've noticed after consistent use is a difference in my mental clarity and focus throughout the day. As someone who is constantly juggling work deadlines, kids, and everything in between, feeling sharp and present actually matters. I don't have that mid-morning fog as much and I feel like I'm showing up better for my day.
I also love that it's clean — no sweeteners, no fillers, nothing unnecessary. Just what your body and brain actually need.
Would 100% recommend to other women, especially moms, who want to support their energy and focus without overcomplicating their routine.

My skin type is combination and pretty sensitive especially since after having my second baby! My skin completely fell apart and postpartum hormones and stress all led to developing perioral dermatitis. I was stuck trying more and more products to fix it, which just made things worse. Eventually I stripped my routine down to basically nothing, 3-4 products max, and this barrier cream became one of the only things I use now. Instead of throwing a bunch of actives at my face, it’s actually doing repair work, my skin is noticeably less reactive and holds moisture way longer than it used to. The texture is rich but not heavy, it sinks in without feeling greasy or tacky, and a little goes a long way. I’ve been using it for about a month now and have really been seeing great results!

I've been taking Well Daily for a couple weeks now and it's genuinely become part of my routine, I look forward to taking it every morning.
I can't say I've noticed any dramatic shifts yet, but that tracks with what a foundational multi is supposed to do. It's not a quick fix, it's filling in the gaps (folate, B12, magnesium, K2, boron) in forms my body can actually absorb, so I think of it as more of a long game. I have noticed my energy feeling a bit more even through the afternoon, though I'll be curious to see how I feel a month or two in.
What I appreciate most is that it's not another "kitchen sink" multi with 25 ingredients at useless doses. It's five things, dosed properly, nothing filler.
Verdict so far: a keeper, and I'm planning to stick with it to see how I feel long term.

The sweet and savoury balance is spot on, you get the mango right away and then the coconut comes in underneath it, with just enough sea salt to keep it from being too sweet. The crunch is really satisfying too, not stale or soft at all. My kids grabbed a handful before I even got the bowl to the table and asked for more, which says a lot. It's giving beach vacation in a bag. My kids now ask for the "moana popcorn" every time they want a snack - guess I'll have to stock up!

I've been using tea tree oil for my acne since I was a teenager, so I know what to look for, and this gel is genuinely 10/10 on the product itself. I love the gel format especially. It stays put where you put it, and once it dries it creates a barrier over the pimple so bacteria can't get in. That's exactly what I want from a spot treatment.
My only complaint is the packaging. Every time I opened the tube, way more product came out than I needed. It felt pretty wasteful honestly, and I ended up with extra gel on my hand more than once. A pump or a smaller opening would fix this easily.
No complaints on the formula though. I'd just love to see the packaging reworked so less product gets wasted.
