I was taking valerian root before trying this product. Both above say they help with sleep and hot flashes. Personally I found this product more effective with both hot flashes/night sweats and sleep. I cannot say it has helped with anxiety/stress...   +

I was taking valerian root before trying this product. Both above say they help with sleep and hot flashes. Personally I found this product more effective with both hot flashes/night sweats and sleep. I cannot say it has helped with anxiety/stress but I suffer from ptsd, anxiety and depression so I really didn't expect it to help or at least enough for me to notice. I haven't experienced any side affects from using this product. I should also add that I love that this product is made from natural ingredients as I am trying to get off of as many "pharmaceutical " drugs as possible. Only negative is I wish this was more affordable
