As a social smoker, I don’t consume many cigarettes regularly. So quitting won’t be as hard as someone who consumes full time.
I like how the app allows me to input my goal, gives me fact and how quitting or reducing helps to Improve my health. I have not fully committed to competing all the sections but that would be the same if I wanted to journal my progress.

I appreciate the opportunity to test this product! I like the idea that it goes on dry, I’m not flapping my arms around waiting for it to dry before pulling my shirt down. Personally I like smells that are slightly softer, and although this Ian it pungent the fact that it is an aerosol makes the smell go even more around my head. Perhaps aerosols in general are not for me, but this product does smell nice and clean. -
