It doesn't take much to use and smells great. This skin care line by Vichy is now my number 1 and ONLY line that I will use on my face. Two thumbs up and highly recommend. -

I have recently started drinking smoothies in the mornings before I head to university or work and am very impressed with Vega. It is a powder that you mix with any liquid, I use Almond milk and add in some strawberries, blueberries and banannas and one part (2tbsp) of Vega. It makes me full until lunchtime and has all of my needed vitaimns and minerials. Vega also works strictly by windpower and is a great alternative to some of the other options out there. -

I recently went into the Denny's that I work beside and thought that I would get a coffee because "a perk" we get at work is coffee is free. I went over and got my refillable mug filled and walked back over to work thinking nothing of it, when I took a sip I almost puked right there and then. The coffee is disgusting and I would not get it again. -
