I have been co-washing with this product between my shampoo wash which is once every two or three weeks. It cleans the scalp very very well which is a surprise since it doesn't lather. My hair smells fantastic after washing. Even my husband has complimented on that.
I just wish it came in a bottle or with a pump in Ontario, Canada.

I take half the amount and emulsify with water and apply it to one side of the head. And repeat on the other side. I have also used this gel for finger-coiling. I always get a great cast and I love to use it in both winter and fall. I have yet to try it in Summer but so far so good. -

I follow CGM and at least once every two weeks I use this shampoo to clarify my hair of all the products I have been using. All the other days I co-wash but this shampoo leaves my scalp clean and my hair moisturized. I buy it at Winners or Marshalls for 14.95$. This is a clean product so I love that I am applying only love-filled products to my hair. -

This is a great gel that gives decent shine and definition to my hair. I would have loved a stronger cast but it gives me an option to use when I am not traveling and staying home. I like that it has a smooth consistency and is easy to apply and spread throughout the hair. As with all my hair products, I like to emulsify it as well. The only problem with this product is that the curls don't last too long. I can extend it to the next day but that's about it. -

I have been following CGM for about 6 months now and this cream was one of the first products I bought after hours of research online. The first mistake I made was to take a lot of product and dump on my hair. I hated how my hair looked, felt and I washed it the very next day. I gave it another try with just a pea-sized amount emulsified with water and raked it to my bra-strap length hair. Holy Moly! My hair loved it. I actually use it every wash day and sometimes when I am not in the mood to use any other styler this is all I use. I get some cast with it and my hair feels soft and moisturized. Try it people! Work with the amount you need.
The amount I got for the price is awesome! I think it will last me another year for sure.
