Honestly, I had never heard of this brand before I was gifted this from Mustela and Butterly. I had not idea even what Baby Cleansing Water was meant for. But it's such a handy addition to the home when you don't have the time ultimately for a full-on bath, but need to wash the baby. With no need to rinse, and it leaves the skin soft and with no sticky or greasy residue, it's perfect!

Honestly, I had never heard of this brand until I was gifted this from Butterly and Mustela. But my friend who recently had a newborn was very excited about it. This baby lotion felt great on baby's skin and doesn't leave any of the nasty greasy residue of some lotions. There's a light avocado scent, which I could see people loving or hating. But it's a very light smell.

MotoMaster Flexible Work Light

We were kind of intrigued when it arrived, as even with just pressing the on/off switch turned on an extremely bright light. My 2-yr old daughter thought it was fun to play with. It is super convenient and portable, as she started carrying it around the house.
It is very versatile as it has a flexible head and can adjust to any desired position. It can provide optimal illumination to all those nook and crannies. There’s also a strong magnetic base that ensures durability when attached to metal surfaces. I was kind of surprised how useful it was within the first few days of getting it. I even used it just for cleaning out a coffee grinder, rather than with the car.
Even if you just need a nice alternative for a light portable flashlight, this honestly does the job. Just have to keep in mind it does require the use of 4 AAA batteries, which may or may not be a plus for most people, as I know a lot of people are moving away from batteries and to rechargeable products.

I’m an avid coffee drinker and drink at minimum one cup of coffee a day. This time, I was super excited to have the opportunity to try this decaf cold brew from Hatch, made locally in Markham, Ontario, Canada. So, if you’re into the “shop local, shop Canadian” - here’s a new coffee brand I’d like to suggest to you. As a note: I usually don’t feel any effects of caffeine, and I’m truly a coffee drinker solely on flavour.
The Hatch Coffee Decaf Cold Brew comes straight from an 8oz can. Brewed with Ethiopian beans and nitro-infused, it’s all the taste of craft coffee without the caffeine keeping you up.
You can have this chilled or warm apparently. I decided to have this cold and with a bit of milk and it’s great - like, gave me Kona coffee vibes like when I was in Honolulu. Nice and smooth, rich and velvety.

It’s funny because this came at the perfect time. I’ve been looking for something like this because I’m the type of person who puts all the batteries randomly in a bag when there’s only a couple left in a pack. Then there’s moments when you just don’t know who’s used what and when, or if they decided to put a half-used battery back into the bag.
This battery tester really helps you know whether your batteries (D, C, AA, AAA, 9V and 1.5V button cell batteries) are still viable. It clearly tells if a battery works well or not, or should be disposed of.
I really liked how compact and convenient it is. It’s super easy to use and was accurate as to how much charge was left in all the batteries I tested.

I’ve been saying almost all my life – my favorite food is a hot dog. And when I got the opportunity to review these turkey franks – which essentially are hot dogs, I was extremely excited. Firstly, in terms of flavour – I really couldn’t tell the difference. I’d say if you were looking for a good alternative to a “what is really in a hot dog, ‘healthier’ and ‘leaner’ alternative”, turkey franks will pleasantly surprise you with their 100% turkey.

I have always been a huge fan of Yankee Candles. Growing up in the states, Yankee Candles were everywhere and were essentially a staple. If you needed a candle, and nicely scented one at that, it was always the go-to.
I will say at first glance, the scent was incredibly over-powering out of the box. But once I got used to it, the scent was actually quite pleasant. I didn’t the think the scent would be so apparent without even lighting the candle - goes to show how long it’s been since I’ve lit a scented candle, especially with a toddler running around the house.
Balsam & Cedar is actually quite a pleasant scent, especially if you have a love of trees and Christmas. It’s got a very nice cedar, Christmas-y fragrance, with a small hint of citrus, unless I’m just thinking that up in my head.
Back in the day - which just makes me sound old cuz I’m remembering back to the early 2000’s, Yankee Candles had a very specific look to them with a glass cap. These are open candles without any closures which makes for a very sleek modern and unique coloured glass jar to match the dark green coloured candle. I would say the only thing about this candle that left me disappointed was the lack of a closure - for the sake my nostalgia, and the potential dust that could cover it over time if I didn’t finish using the candle in time.

We’re officially ready for the summer season with the Blue Lizard Sensitive Mineral Sunscreen Stick. We’ve been using so much sunscreen over the last couple of years, especially now that my little one isn’t all that little. I’ve never used sunscreen in the form of a stick, so I was pretty excited to try this.
It has a vegan formula, free from paragons & fragrances, made with skin nourishing botanicals, water-resistant, and won’t clog pores.
It doesn’t leave a greasy feeling even on the face after application, which a lot of other sunscreens do. It’s a great portable travel size (It’s actually quite small, but I have other sunscreen at home if I needed something not on the go) also to just go straight into my purse or beach bag. It was a very easy application also with it being in the form of a stick. It does spread on white, so a bit of rubbing is still required.
