I have tried a lot of sparkling waters, but I had the opportunity to test out Spinnakers Sparkling Mineral Water and it is honestly in a league of its own!! The grapefruit flavour is crisp, refreshing and perfectly balanced. It is not overpowering nor is it artificial. What really stands out to me is that you can actually taste the difference that real natural mineral water makes. It has a smoother, cleaner finish that makes every sip incredibly refreshing. And it is micro plastic FREE, zero sugar, and zero sweeteners! Like how much better could it get!! 😍
It is sourced from an ancient aquifer 225 feet below Spinnakers brew pub which makes it even more special. The quality really shines through and now has been my go to sparkling water!
Even better it is available all over Alberta and British Columbia making it super easy to find when you need to stock up.
If you’re looking for a premium sparkling water with amazing flavour, this is totally the one for you! Once you try it, you will understand why !! Highly recommend!!

Big shout out to Thursday Plantation for celebrating 50 years as the original Tea Tree Oil Brand!! I received their new patch perfect invincible hydrocolloid patches for free from Butterly to try out. I am so happy I got chosen to do so!
These patches are ultra thin, super breathable and completely discreet. I love wearing them overnight because they stay put and gently absorb excess moisture while reducing redness by morning. My skin looks so much clearer and calmer.
Highly recommend on giving these patches a try !! 10/10

My fiancé was super excited when these individually wrapped Ferrero Rocher chocolates showed up in the mail and he wanted to test them so we shared them. What makes these so great is the variety!! Having milk hazelnut, dark hazelnut and white hazelnut all in one means you get to satisfy whatever specific chocolate you were craving in the moment. The milk chocolate is perfectly smooth with that perfect crunch, the dark chocolate isn’t too bitter and the white chocolate being my absolute favourite is incredibly rich and creamy!!
The real standout feature is the texture Ferrero Rocher nailed it with the multi layer experience. Each square delivers a velvety, melt in your mouth, creamy filling that contrasts beautifully with the crunch of roasted hazelnut pieces and like crispies. it definitely feels very high-quality within the first bite.
My fiancé is usually pretty picky with chocolate but he loved all 3 flavors and gave them a massive thumbs up! They are perfect size to fit in your purse or bag! Highly recommend trying them!

I have been using this almond body oil for about two weeks now and I generally love how luxurious it feels on my skin. I usually have very dry skin, but L'Occitane Canada almond body oil has completely changed that! The texture is lightweight Silky, and absorbs beautifully without leaving a greasy feeling behind. The almond scent is warm, soft and very spa like without being overpowering.
After consistent use my skin feels noticeably smoother, more hydrated and firmer looking. I especially love it right after a shower because it locks moisture and leaves my skin glowing all day! I’ve also noticed that my skin doesn’t feel super dry and tight all the time since using this product.
The packaging looks super elegant and a little product goes a long way. For one leg you only need four squirts of the oil, making the bottle lasting a long time!
If you love body oils that make your skin feel pampered, nourished and healthy looking this one is definitely worth trying!! 10/10 recommend 😍

These pizzas are delicious thin and crispy in just five minutes in the air fryer! Amazing!!! The crust has that perfect crunch that is hard to find in gluten free pizzas. They also use dairy free cheese made with Daiya oat cream blend. At only 330 calories per pizza they are so satisfying and sensible choice for a busy day! I have been using Swiss Natural Activated Charcoal for about a week now. It works incredibly well for bloating and gas relief. It started working right away for me, I could feel the relief. For a girl who had her gallbladder removed 2 years ago it helps me tremendously.
The capsules are easy to swallow, don’t have an unpleasant taste and feel gentle on the stomach. The bottle contains plenty of capsules, so it lasts a long time and offers great value.
It was super easy to make these into my regular daily routine as I take a few other vitamins daily. I like to take these ones after lunch.
If you’re looking for a reliable, fast acting solution for gas or digestive comfort, this is a solid choice!! This has definitely become part of my daily wellness routine and will continue to do so!

One of my favourite things about this vitamin is that it contains cranberry, so I do not have to take a cranberry vitamin on the side. My 17 year old son has been dealing with stubborn breakouts and we have tried several products BUT this cleanser has been a lifesaver for him. It has brought back his self confidence. After 2 days we noticed a huge improvement. His breakouts were looking less red and his skin was feeling much cleaner and smoother. The 5% benzoyl peroxide works super fast but does not dry out the skin or irritate it.
It lathers nicely, washes off clean and you can actually feel it working. It is a must have and I highly recommend it if you or your teen struggle with breakouts!
