I have been using Myoflex muscle pain relief for about a week now and it works wonders! The relief is fast acting and long lasting. I have really bad knee pain due to the fluctuating weather changes and this has been my go to. I really appreciate that it is odour free, so I can use it anytime without worrying about strong smells lingering. The cream absorbs quickly without leaving any greasy residue, a little goes a long way. A must have in your everyday routine. I will be repurchasing for sure!! -

I have been using Swiss Natural Activated Charcoal for about a week now. It works incredibly well for bloating and gas relief. It started working right away for me, I could feel the relief. For a girl who had her gallbladder removed 2 years ago it helps me tremendously.
The capsules are easy to swallow, don’t have an unpleasant taste and feel gentle on the stomach. The bottle contains plenty of capsules, so it lasts a long time and offers great value.
It was super easy to make these into my regular daily routine as I take a few other vitamins daily. I like to take these ones after lunch.
If you’re looking for a reliable, fast acting solution for gas or digestive comfort, this is a solid choice!! This has definitely become part of my daily wellness routine and will continue to do so!

After trying so many different multivitamins that either did nothing or just totally upset my stomach, I finally found the one! I have been using Swiss natural total one for women for a week now and I already feel a difference, more energy, no nausea, and ZERO stomach issues! One of my favourite things about this vitamin is that it contains cranberry, so I do not have to take a cranberry vitamin on the side. As a person who struggle with UTI issues, this has been an absolute blessing, that extra support gives me such a peace of mind. It is also free of preservatives. artificial colours, wheat dairy and gluten, which is huge because my body is super sensitive. I highly recommend you giving this multivitamin a try. My 17 year old son has been dealing with stubborn breakouts and we have tried several products BUT this cleanser has been a lifesaver for him. It has brought back his self confidence. After 2 days we noticed a huge improvement. His breakouts were looking less red and his skin was feeling much cleaner and smoother. The 5% benzoyl peroxide works super fast but does not dry out the skin or irritate it.
It lathers nicely, washes off clean and you can actually feel it working. It is a must have and I highly recommend it if you or your teen struggle with breakouts!

The pads are duel sided, the textured side exfoliates and helps get rid of blackheads while the smooth side feels gentle and soothing. They do not burn or dry out your skin like a lot of acne pads do. We also love that they are paraben and preservative free. These have been a huge part of my son’s morning routine and his acne has improved so much the last week. We highly recommend! -

I am super impressed with these pimple patches. They come in different sizes which is helpful whether my teen has a smaller pimple or a bigger breakout. The patches stick well and stay on over night. When he removes them in the morning, you can actually see all the gunk!
They are really invisible. He can even wear them in the day and no one even notices. The tweezers that come with them are super handy, making it easy to apply the patches without touching the patch.
These are definitely a must have! Fast results and great for day or night !

My 17 year old son has been getting acne the last couple months and has tried a few different spot treatments that never really worked but we noticed a difference after 2 days of using. Redness and swelling went down, his breakouts around his chin and cheeks looked flatter.
It does not burn when you apply. It blends very easy and does not leave a white cast once it dries. Super impressed and this will be his new skin routine!!

I was recently gifted this full sized bottle of acne wash by Revance Canada. It is truly amazing. It is not only good for your face but your body as well. It works great for myself as well as my 17-year-old teen. My son gets constant break outs around his mouth and within 2 days of using the was it has minimize that quite a lot. As for me, it keeps the red spots and blotchiness to a minimum. It cleans the pores right out and made my skin feel amazing even after the first use. There is a lot of positives with this product. There is no smell. It doesn’t dry your hands out after application. It’s not made for just acne prone skin. It is also helping with my oily skin, that has been a huge battle for me for the last five years. The only negative I find with this product is that it bleach's everything it touches but that is to be expected as there is peroxide in it. I will be purchasing this product in the near future and will be getting my 20 year old son who has cystic acne.

But I was sent a size large to try (I’m normally a medium) and they are a little bit too big, my fingers don’t reach the tips so it makes it quite hard to do my work with them on. I am definitely going to go buy a medium and see if they fit better. I do love the comfort and the less sweaty feeling because in the line of work I do I sweat a lot inside my gloves. Another positive is the elastic around the wrist, it really keeps all the debris and bust particles from going inside your gloves and sticking to your hands. -

I was genuinely impressed by how effective the PanOxyl Overnight Spot Patches (Wave 3) were. I’ve tried a lot of pimple patches before, but these stood out because they actually stay on all night—no peeling off halfway through like some other brands. They’re super thin and almost invisible, I even wore one during the day without anyone noticing. They are very Camouflaged.
What I love most is how well they pull out the gunk from whiteheads without irritating my skin. In the morning, the swelling is noticeably down and the area looks way less angry. I also appreciate that they don’t leave any sticky residue or dry out my skin.
If you’re looking for something simple, effective, and gentle for those surprise breakouts, this is definitely worth keeping in your skincare drawer. I’ll be repurchasing for sure.
