was hopeful with these. But I used them when I knew for sure I was glutened and they didn’t really do much for me. I would say if you are celiac or very sensitive then don’t bother. Save your money. I find charcoal capsules are more effective.

Nicorette Gum
Great taste, helps to reduce cravings. The only issue I had was the gum gave me a sore stomach. There is no after taste compared to the previous nicorette I tried in the past.

I was a little skeptical about this ice cream. I am lactose intolerant and have tried many lactose free and was disappointed. This did not bother my stomach and taste delicious. I will definitely be buying this again.
