I really like the fast dissolve flavored tablets. I take it 20 minutes before bed as directed as part of my bedtime routine. I like that it is a drug-free natural sleep aid. I prefer the 10mg. Works well.

I also prefer the tablets over the capsules because they are much easier to swallow. Also the tablets can be cut in half wheras the capsules cannot. -

For added moisture I mix it with a body oil. I also like the fresh shea scent. The price is average. Depending on where you buy it a 620ml bottle can run between $7 - $9. I tend to grab it when there is a sale. -
