Had a quick & healthy morning breakfast for a busy day! 🌞 Today I tried Goldy’s Protein+ Cinnamon Spice Instant Superseed Oatmeal @goldysjustright 🥣 It is so easy to make, just mixed the packet with hot water or milk and you are all set. 👍🏻 The cinnamon smelled so good and these are made with gluten free oats with chia, pumpkin, and sunflower seeds. It has no added sugar since the date powder has the natural sweetness. 😋 It has sufficient plant based protein and fiber and kept me full and provided me energy for the whole morning! 🙌🏻 Love a quick, easy, tasty breakfast with simple ingredients!
