I am really impressed with these supplements. I am pretty skeptical about other supplements but was pleasantly suprised that I actually noticed a change.
I have stiff joints, crunchy knees among other things.
I can tell thw difference when walking upstairs, less pain and NO MORE crunchy knees!
I would highly recommend this product to anyone dealing with joint pain, immflamation and so much more.

As I did not have any of these kinds of pimples at the time of this review I honestly can't say if they work effectively or not.

Aveeno never misses a beat in even the slightest of disappointment/dissatisfaction I have run into with the majority of their products. I was given the opportunity to review their stress relief body scrub which claims to have a relaxing scent while revealing softer and smoother skin. While the latter of my statement may be true the relaxing scent is definitely not. This pungent odor reminded me of the smell of a cheap janitorial soap they use in your public restrooms and/or elementary schools. Although I appreciate the nostalgic through back Aveeno I do not wish, however, for my entire body to be lathered in it. -

Unfortunately I have nothing really positive to say about this product. It was disappointing. It's effectiveness or lack there of in the cleansing of the skin properly after wearing a days worth of make up SUCKS! I could literally feel the residue it left behind. And this wasn't even a foundation I was wearing. It failed to remove a tinted moisturizer with a light dusting of powder and blush. I had to follow up with a cleansing pad after I washed using Aveeno. It is milk based as well. Which in my opinoin aren't as effective in make-up removal as it's counterparts. Gel and or foam. -

The patches are easy to apply and come in a couple of different sizes. The patch almost turns into something like that of a second skin. Barely there or noticeable. The morning after for removing the patch was a tad difficult. It is super sticky and adheres to your skin well overnight. After the redness faded from removing the patch I could tell the pimple had shrunk a little and wasn't as irritated/red as it was the previous night. I'd recommend this product to others. But maybe not for a more problematic pimple such as a cyst for example. Different pimples respond to different treatments. -

This is a VERY tasty beverage. They are not kidding with the whole "it packs a big punch" thing either! Immediately your hit with the fantastic fresh coconut flavour and your taste buds are just like "WOW!" but then something nasty creeps in and just takes over. The sweetener, hence the two stars. It coated my mouth and tongue leaving a not so tasty or satisfying aftertaste. So if your not bothered by sweetners and love the taste of coconut then I would highly recommend giving this guy a try! But if you are anything like me being not a big fan of sweeteners then this one may not be for you either. -

Richenna EZ Foot Peel by The Beauty Spy is fab-u-lous for sure! I was skeptical at first, my feet can get pretty dry and rough in the colder months with fairly thick calluses. I typically use a pumice stone or foot paddle in the shower several times/week, followed by a thick layer of lotion and a pair of socks to help lock in the moisturizer. This method does work however I find keeping up with this routine a bit awkward to perform in the shower and time consuming. So I gave EZ a try! I'm glad I did too!!
I used about a quarter size amount/foot. I covered my entire foot and started working the product into my skin. I would say in less then a minute, my skin started to slough off in tiny little balls as the product mentions. The foot paddle is great and really helps remove that dead and dry skin. I used the paddle all over my feet, not just the heavily calloused areas. I found it really helped out a lot and discovered the paddle removed a lot more dead stuff then just continuously working the product around the foot using just my hands. In total, for both feet, I would say it took me in-between 8-10mins. I didn't find I needed to use a moisturizer after either. This product left my feet looking and feeling soft and hydrated on its own.
So, if your a skeptic just like me, take my word for it and give EZ a shot!
