It was okay, I had a pretty general meh impression on all the products. I find they're very typical scent body products, not very moisturizing but it has a nice strong scent so if you like scented products then this is a very affordable option.
Smelled like vanilla, I didn't really like this. I didn't find this lotion moisturizing and the smell bothered me because it was just too sweet vanilla for me.

It was okay, I had a pretty general meh impression on all the products. I find they're very typical scent body products, not very moisturizing but it has a nice strong scent so if you like scented products then this is a very affordable option;
This hand cream wasn't nice and thick and moisturizing enough for me, the smell was nice, very coconutty. The price is good but I want a good product and this product just didn't moisturize enough for me.

I got this in mango and I have to say I'm impressed with the scent, it isn't fake mango it's just a nice hint of sweetness and quite floral.
The lotion itself is quite nice, I liked that it was quite moisturizing and absorbed well into the skin. It's expensive compared to similar lotions, vaseline intensive moisture (my go to) is quite similar and I get 3 bottles at costco for $10.
Try it if you're a product junkie but it isn't going to change your life.

This 3 step system does leave your hands feeling super silky soft but I felt you could emulate it by using an oil and sugar scrub then using a nice hand cream after.
Not much to say I guess it was nice but it is just a moisturizing scrub which is want makes your hands feel super soft so in the end I didn't feel like it was worth purchasing a product for.

This hand cream is very moisturizing, it does leave a slight bit of residue behind but considering how nice it makes my hands feel it's quite worth it. The downsides are the packaging and the price, this is too expensive for a hand cream. Though this hand cream is very good I see hand creams as something you have to reapply often and there are plenty of creams that are as moisturizing as this at a much lower price point.
The packaging could also use some work, when it starts running low and you get some kinks in the metal cream can start to leak out these cracks which can make a huge mess. Also the tiny cap isn't great for on the go use as I find it fiddly sometimes when I have to hold it, squeeze some cream out, then put the cap back on.
I would say give this a try, it is a very good product and a nice splurge item to pamper yourself with but for me I can't see myself repurchasing it just because the price is too much for me.

I was offered an opportunity to review this salon my Chickadvisor. I received a complementary wash, cut, and blowdry.
This salon is in the heart of Centrepointe in a small plaza on Centrepointe Drive. The inside of the salon has a nice open layout; I especially liked the long large mirror along one side of the salon and the hardwood floors.
I just got back from my haircut and I can say I am very pleased! The head stylist and owner, Rahil, was very personable and since I came in Sunday morning she was more than willing to take her time with me. I got a shampoo first at the wash station, she made sure I was comfortable and that the water was the good temperature. She also gave me a light massage as the conditioner soaked a bit.
After the rinse I was taken to her station and asked a series of questions about the style I wanted. I liked that she took her time and showed me some magazines to figure out which style would look best. I wanted long layers with side swept bangs and she explained that even with that there are still different styles and suggested what would best suit my hair and face. During the cut we chatted about her work, she has been styling for 11 years and now she has her own salon. She was very pleasant and made me feel comfortable; it wasn’t awkward she was very easy to talk to.
I opted for just a quick dry because I usually wear my hair wash and go. It is a good haircut, nice movement in the layers, and even though I’m not very good at explaining myself she figured out what I wanted. I most definitely recommend this salon, Rahil made the experience wonderful. She listens and discusses styles during the consultation to ensure you are getting the cut you want.
They run a referral program where people you refer get 50% off their first cut, if two people you refer get cuts then you get a cut for free, if three people then a color (I believe, I don’t color so I don’t remember exactly). Please call or email them for specific details, I might’ve gotten it wrong so double check with them!
The prices are listed on their website www.cfcuts.com and they are very reasonable. They have another stylist along with Rahil and an esthetician. They do kids, mens, and womens cuts and color along with waxing, threading, facials, and manicure/pedicures.
I think I’ve found a new stylist! Sadly I live downtown but I’ll make the drive out ;) You can see a picture of my cut as my profile picture.

Pom wonderful pomegranate juice
Sooo expensive but very tasty. Pomegranates are expensive too so it's understandable. I'd like to try some other bottled pomegranate juice that is just straight up (not mixed with other fruit juices) to compare.
