I was pleasantly surprised by them. They have a great crisp and are slightly salted which enhanced the flavor of all the seeds. They are great by themselves as a snack and even better with a bit of cream cheese on them!

Great taste, I did find I had to use 32oz of water to get a flavour I did like though. Not enough water you can taste the salt in them. I do find that they help with hydration. I received them when I was sick so that was perfect timing. They are a... +
