I haven't quite tried a product like this before and I didn't know what to expect. I was so excited to have the opportunity to try Aveeno Stress Relief Body Scrub. The product promises stress relief and gentle exfoliation.
What I loved was that it definitely delivered as a gentle exfoliater. I get some dry and rough skin sometimes and this product took care of that. It caused no irritation or dryness and left my skin feeling soft.
What I wasn't sold on was the stress relief aspect. While I loved the scent, the product didn't relieve stress. It's being described over and over as a stress relief body scrub and this leaves me confused. I love the lavender scent. It is subtle and pleasant. I might even say it's a perfect accompaniment to an already relaxing shower, perhaps with hot water to sooth achy muscles or something. But, on its own, it doesn't relieve stress and I would personally feel disappointed if I bought this product to help with stress.
Overall, however, I like the product. I like the scent. I like the creamy texture and I like how it leaves my skin clean, moisturized and soft. As an exfoliant, I would recommend this to friends and family. Thank you very much for allowing me to opportunity to try this product!

I frequently get headaches and migraines far more often than I would like. As such, I have experimented with many different pain medications. Normally to ease the discomfort that comes with headaches and especially with migraines, I need to double up on or mix medications to dull the pain. As such, I was very happy to try out Tylonol Ultra Relief.
Tylonol Ultra Relief is not your typical pain medication. It adds in caffeine, which is unlike others that I have tried. All I can say is it does the trick! I didn't have to double up on the dose or take any other medications to get through my mild and moderate migraine pains. I was surprised how quickly it worked as well. Sometimes I need to sleep before the pain goes away. But, not in this case.
Thank you for the opportunity to try this fantastic migraine pain reliever! It worked wonders for me and I will definitely recommend it to family and friends.

I am so excited to recieve this Tight + Bright Face Mask by NUDESTIX for free in exchange for my honest opinion. My inital thoughts on this face mask are that it is stacked with amazing vegan ingredients, like mandelic acid, niacinamide, aloe and cucumber which nourish and cool the skin. Since receiving the product, I have used this Tight + Bright Face Mask twice each week, leaving it on my face for ten minutes, as per the instructions.
This lovely product comes in an attractive yet simple bright green tube. The tube is super slim, allowing for it to be easily stored and suitable for travel. The actual product is transparent and green. It looks like a gel and feels like a gel.
The gel mask goes on smoothly. It is easy to spread over the face. Unlike other masks that I've used, this one doesn't turn dry. So, you could choose to leave it on longer, if that is your preference. It is also easier to wash off than other masks that I've used. All I needed was warm water to take it off. The gel is also odorless, which is my preference when it comes to skin products.
There are a few things I might think about before purchasing this product. Firstly, although the gel is easy to spread and even though I was using it sparingly, I had to go back to the tube three times to get the amount I needed to cover my face. After using it even just once, there was a visible dent in the tube. There is just not a lot of product in there. Since the ingredients are awesome, this isn't a deal breaker. But, it is something to consider when buying. Another thing is that I did not notice any brightening of my skin after repeated use. I think my skin was tighter, it felt tighter even after one application. But, neither the brightening nor the tightening benefits of the mask were dramatically or really noticeable, at least for me.
In all fairness, my skin was nicer looking and felt much nicer with the use of the this mask. That is, my skin was extremely soft after each use and it looked much more even. This is a big deal for me because my skin can react with certain products. I had absolutely no issues with this one. It even tamed some of my redness. This was all fantastic.
Overall, I would recommend this product for anyone looking for a quality skin care mask that will help make their skin look and feel healthier. I also absolutely love that the product is vegan and that the packaging is 100% biodegradable. This would be a perfect mask for ethical buyers as well. This is a very nice product!

I tried this product and recieved full rebate in exchange for my honest opinion. I just just finished trying the Philadelphia Dill Pickle Dip for the first time and it is delicious!
I love the creaminess of the texture with a hint of the dill pickle flavour. The flavor is zingy, creamy, and salty. It's quite nice.
I used this product with some pita chips and they paired well. I also tried this dip with some plain chips and vegetable sticks and these combinations were tasty as well.
If I would offer any improvements, I think it would be a little more dill pickle flavour. It's there but it's more subtle than I would like. I found myself taking more dip than I normally would in order to pick up the dill pickle flavour.
Overall, I would recommend the product. It is tasty and pairs well with lots of items. I would recommend this for anyone who enioys dips and for anyone that enjoys a mild dill pickle flavour.

I recieved this Melatonin + Gaba by WHOLISTIC for free in exchange for my honest review. I have been using melatonin in various dosages (3mg to 10 mg) for sometime now. I find it very difficult to unwind and fall asleep quickly I also have a problem with waking up throughout the night. So far, my experience with just melatonin has been that I fall asleep more quickly and that I wake up less. However, I have always gotten a terrible tired/groggy feeling when I wake. That is, I have found ivery hard to ftunction in the morning even if I get more sleep.
This was not my experience with this product. The sample sent was small, but I was able to get two nights of testing out of it. I took the tablets about an hour before I wanted to sleep. I found myself drowsy with 30 to 40 minutes and asleep within the hour as expected. I did not wake at all on my first night of use and woke only once on my second night (my daughter woke me). But, it was much easier for me to fall back asleep with the melatonin and gaba on my system. Best of all, I did not experience the horrible fatigue in the morning drowsy/groggy feeling in the morning that I have experienced with other sleep aids.
I finally had a good night's sleep and reaped the benefits in the morning. Yes, I would buy this product and would recommend it to friends and family!

I am always stressed and have sleep troubles. As such, I am always on the lookout for a something to ease the stress, help me sleep or help me unwind. These Calm drinks were perfect for just that.
I tried the Raspberry-Lemonade drink during daytime hours, rather than at night. I dissolved it in a mug of hot water and sipped on it while my kids played. Like a cup of hot tea, the drink offered a soothing heat feeling throughout the body. The flavor is nice and sweet. When drinking, I liked knowing that I was also doing something for my health by drinking the magmesium supplement. During and after drinking, I felt more at ease. I am not sure how this will work long-term for muscles and pain relief because I tried only a small sample, but I like the as needed/short-term benefit of this part product.

I am always stressed and have sleep troubles. As such, I am always on the lookout for a something to ease the stress, help me sleep or help me unwind. These Calm drinks were perfect for just that.
The Calmful Sleep was wonderful. I tried this drink an hour before bedtime and slowly sipped on it until finished. I noticed the addition of melatonin, which was a nice addition for sleep. Within thirty minutes after my drink, I was soothed, drowsy and ready for bed. I do not know what the benefits look like of this Magnesium supplement long-term, but in the short-term, this was a lovely sleep aid. I woke up feeling better rested than I would normally without it.

I recieved this Gnubees Nutritional Drink for free in exchange for my honest review. I was really excited to bring this home and offer it to my kids to try. We chose the "Go Bananas" flavour, since all three of my kids love bananas.
There's a few things that I appreciated. I liked the size of the drink. The packaging and consistency of the product remind me of fruit pouches for infants, but it is larger and has a cute animal on it, making it more appropriate for kids aged two and older.
The other thing that I loved is all the nutrients in the drink. Six grams of protein, three grams of fiber and a nice dose of various mineral is impressive. I would be happy to give this to any of my kids.
However, my eldest son took one sip and backed away. My daughter expressed that she thought the drink was pleasant but that she didn't want to drink anymore. I also tried the smoothie and thought the taste was a bit odd. It's not entirely unpleasant but it reminded me of banana favoured medicine. Perhaps, it's just not for us. The price is also a bit much for us to go out and try the other flavors. I've heard that the grape flavour is very nice but I don't think I am willing to pay $4 for it.
That being said, my two year old son LOVED this! He was more than happy to drink the entire smoothie himself. He would have had more if we had another one here.
Overall, this is a great nutritional beverage and would be super convenient for travel. It's worth a try but I don't think I will buy more unless they go on sale. Thank you very much for the opportunity to try this product! My toddler loved it!

I recieved these Old Fashioned Rolled Oats by Bob's Red Mill Canada for free in exchange for my honest opinion. Now, I love baking and cooking in general. However, much of my experience with oats is buying pre-made goodies in the store, like granola bars. So often though, these are a letdown, being tough or hard to chew, particularly for my eldest son who doesn't do well with tough textures.
These oats, however, are awesome! We used them to make some super easy and healthy peanut butter oat squares, with four ingredients (three if you omit the chocolate chips). I have to say, these were so delicious! Both of my boys kept coming to taste test the mixture with the completely natural/uncooked rolled oats. I had a hard time breaking away to let the mixture set in the fridge. I think they would have polished it all off right then and there, if I let them! Simply said, they both loved the taste and the texture of the oats!
Not only were these oats and peanut butter oat squares delicious, they are also so healthy! The oats are whole grains, packed with fibre and have absolutely no sugar. In addition, these old fashioned rolled oats are incredibly easy to work with. There was absolutely no baking or boiling involved in making these peanut butter oat squares. From start to finish, these snacks took ten minutes, even with the "help" of a messy three year old.

I recieved this Derma E Acne Blemish Control Treatment Serum just over a week ago and I was so excited to try it. My initial thoughts were that the packaging was lovely, simple, pretty and clean looking. I also thought that the product was a decent size, considering the price. I wasn't super family with the Derma E brand before trying this product. So, I was pleasantly surprised after reading the packaging and discovering that the brand is so on point with healthy trends, supporting the planet and being cruelty free (evidenced by the leaping bunny). This made me feel so happy about trying out a brand with a social conscience.
I used this product regularly, twice a day for a week. I washed my face before each use and used a very small amount to apply a thin layer on my forehead, nose and chin areas, where I get redness, blemishes and blackheads. I was worried that the product might irritate some skin sensitivity that I tend to have from time to time but it didn't. In fact, within one day of use, any blemishes I had appear more dried out. After two days of use, the blemishes were smaller. After a week of use, the blemishes were pretty much gone, the pores on my nose were smaller and any facial redness that I experience had improved. In short, it works and it works well!
The serum itself has a lovely creamy texture, which isn't sticky at all. It goes on nicely and leaves a slight tingle on the face when initially applied. The only thing that I might offer for improvement is that I did not care for the smell. It's a bit strong, which I believe comes from the Tea Tree Oil in the product. However, I will say that all in all, this an amazing product! It works well and the company is trying to do good for our planet! What's not to love? Yes, I would recommend this product and I would buy it again!
