I received this product for free in exchange for trying the product and giving my opinion/review. Having struggled with gluten intolerance and getting discouraged when eating in restaurants (often gluten contamination) this product protected me several times this past month. I took the tablet 15 minutes before my food arrived. I ordered gluten free and know in the past, at this particular diner, I would have symptoms later. But each time I tried GluteGuard my symptoms were much less and one time no troubles at all. I like that is a natural derivative and discreet enough to keep in my pocket or purse. Thank you GluteGuard for helping manage dining out!

I received the Swiss Natural ChoLESSterol with Vegapure in exchange for my honest opinion from @thisisbutterly
I began this supplement 14 days ago and have had no side effects yet. Without a before and after blood test it's hard to say for sure, but I am hopeful after reading the ingredients and other reviews. It's a very dark coloured capsule, but no taste and super easy to swallow. I am also trying to eat healthy and get more exercise, so this supplement works for my "every angle approach" to battle high cholesterol without taking a prescription. I am very picky about what vitamins and supplements I take and Swiss Natural fits the bill with no artificial flavours, colours, sweeteners or preservatives. I am very excited to see what my next blood work reveals, and will post to my instagram account when the results are in!

LOVE BEAUTY & PLANET COCONUT MILK & WHITE JASMINE DIVINE DEFINITION SHAMPOO was a new product in my beauty routine. I was excited to see if this shampoo would help my natural wavy hair look more defined and curly. I used it for two weeks and tried to skip blow drying so I could see what effect this shampoo had. I do think it helped tame my frizzy hair and it was a little easy to encourage some natural waves and slight curl. The fragrance was lovely and it lathered beautifully. I see this on sale at Walmart today for under $8 so that is a good deal. LOVE BEAUTY & PLANET COCONUT MILK & WHITE JASMINE MEDIUM HOLD & VOLUME HAIR SPRAY (LEVEL 3) was a new product for me and I was interested to learn how their claim that the “spirit of White Jasmine” will “keep hair fresh” - so I put that to the test, along with the promise that my hair would shine! Being a hairspray addict, my cupboards are full of every kind of hairspray you can imagine. I think you need different strengths for different styles and this #3 was perfect for my everyday pageboy “do” that needs some fly away taming, this did the trick. I also liked it for my messy french knot updo’s - not too sticky and easy to comb out after. It didn’t leave a tacky residue and it did indeed add shine, which is a huge bonus in a hairspray, eliminating the need for a shine product to go on after. I never noticed whether my hair looked fresher, with the spirit of white jasmine, but it definitely smelled fresh and that is nice, especially if you work with smokers. I found the pump easy to use and it after two weeks it hasn’t gummed up. The packaging is cute and I love the see thru bottle so I can tell how much is left.
I was happy to learn about this company and why they are called Love Beauty and Planet - they are seriously committed to “small acts of love for the planet” and this is evident by their philosophy and packaging. I will buy their products again and highly recommend this hairspray.

LOVE BEAUTY & PLANET COCONUT MILK & WHITE JASMINE DIVINE DEFINITION CONDITIONER was a new product for me and I was fascinated with their claim “fast-rinse technology” - so I put that to the test! My old conditioner did need quite a bit of rinsing, to ensure it was not leaving a greasy oily scalp or film. This conditioner rinsed much faster and my hair felt very nourished, sleek and not a bit greasy. I really liked the subtle White Jasmine fragrance, very exotic. My hair did appear to have more shine and the company claims this is from 100% Organic Coconut Oil which also gives definition and curl to my normally frizzy wavy hair. The bottle was easy to open, although I prefer rectangle shaped containers for my narrow shower shelves, this one did fit.
I appreciated reading about this company and why they are called Love Beauty and Planet - they are seriously committed to “small acts of love for the planet” and this is evident by their 100% recycled packaging, which I found to be very attractive. So many good things about this company, I hope they are a big success. I will buy their products again and highly recommend LOVE BEAUTY & PLANET COCONUT MILK & WHITE JASMINE DIVINE DEFINITION CONDITIONER after trying it for two weeks.

JOHN FRIEDA GO BLONDER LEMON MIRACLE MASQUE is wonderful for my fragile, fine, blonde locks. I suffer from split ends and frizzy over dyed hair, so when I received this product, I was skeptical it could really live up to the claim that it would fortify my delicate hair. I used it twice so far and the right after the first treatment I noticed a slight improvement, but after the second treatment it was a remarkable improvement!
Ok, a few things first here. The container is cute, the cap is easy to open (I hate twist caps, but this was a cinch). I would prefer flip top, just because I tend to drop things in the shower and my stall is narrow to bend over and pick up lids. Anyways, the application is a breeze, smells lemony great and didn't take too long. I put it on and then shaved my legs, exfoliated and by the time that was done, my hair was ready to rinse. I was worried it would make my scalp greasy, so I tried to do just the ends, but no greasy or oily residue so far. I could tell the moment I brushed my wet hair that there was less breakage. I will be using this again and have a feeling it will be a regular product from now on, especially this summer when I add some more blonde highlights. I could smile without feeling a pull on my skin, and around the fine lines it seemed to smooth everything out. I do believe my skin looked more radiant, younger and fresher. It is so easy to apply, pure luxury and I felt very indulgent! I am a huge fan of Vichy products, but this one is outstanding. I would highly recommend this product. I really enjoyed testing VICHY IDÉALIA DAY CREAM FOR NORMAL-COMBINATION SKIN especially since it's summertime and my skin tends to need more moisture. VICHY IDÉALIA DAY CREAM feels very luxurious (gorgeous packaging too). It glides on like silk and was an absolute pleasure to use. I noticed an instant feeling of rejuvenation and my husband commented that my skin looked refreshed and glowing. I did exfoliate gently first and then massaged in the Day Cream.
