Great for cooking, as a moisturizer, a mouth rinse, face cleanser, and the list goes on.
I have used it through out my whole pregnancy as a moisturizer and "stretch mark cream" and have yet to have any stretch marks appear and I am now into my 8th month.

I have switched to using it for all my baking and cooking. Also amazing for skin care and hair care. Before bed every night I wash my face with a small drop of the coconut oil and it works amazing for makeup removal as well. I am currently pregnant with our 3rd child and use this as my moisturizer all over my body to avoid stretch marks, and do far its working fantasticly. I would definitely recommend having a jar of this at home. -
