Contour next ONE is the BEST glucose monitor I have owned in the past 20 yrs.
You do not need much blood to test with. It comes automatically coded, and it barely registers on the "internal pain alarms".
I have the lowest threshold in the world. I put babies to shame but, I have no problems with this monitor.
If you are needle shy and have a fear of testing your blood often, then I highly suggest grabbing this monitor.
I believe it is covered by most insurance companies and I KNOW ODSP covers it. The Lancets are approx 15.99 per box of around 200 and those are not covered.

As a fan of anything mango, I knew from the start that this product would be tasty.
There IS a mild after taste, it wasn't unpleasant enough to make me not want the product, and my children seemed to like it just fine.
I purchased more packs, and I will most likely purchase more in the future.

Most of us have come to know of this name brand for the convience.
So, when my husband saw the new item, Poutine, he jumped to get it, since I love poutine! What self respecting Canadian doesn't, right? Just kidding...maybe.
We didn't expect too much, I mean, it's a TV dinner. However, we also we not expecting less than a handful of fries. No cheese... it's more like a "poutine gravy", meaning it's a "cheese flavoring" but no actual cheese.
It also looks like... it was dropped on the floor, and swept back up into the box.
The taste... well, the flavoring, is OK... as in I didn't automatically throw up, or anything like that but, it's hard to get an accurate experience when once you take two bites, it's virtually gone.
It smells ok, and makes you want to try it but, honestly. DO NOT waste your monies on this product. I would not recommend this to my worse enemy, and that is saying a lot... trust me. lol.
I will NOT recommend this to anyone. And I would strongly suggest that the Michelina's creators head back to the cooking books on this one.

There were many flavors to choose from but, the chili pepper and cheese seemed the least intimidating. I try to taste mild items before jumping into the deep end of the ocean lol.
The smell is alluring. Meaning, I didn't want to throw the bag away. I find, sometimes, certain smells can just ruin a taste test.
They are full of flavor. I think that they must have been rolled -after- the flavor was added. So then the powder is also inside of the product, not just on the sides, or a light dusting.
I would recommend these to a friend, and who knows... I may even try one of the other flavors next, hehe.

The Mango chunks are frozen fresh without sugar to sweeten them, and they taste perfect.
My family gets them for me when my nausea levels are too much for me to deal with, and something cold, and favorful will help... which is at least once, if not more times per week.
I would strongly recommend these to a friend, and to anyone that asks for the best frozen fruit product.
It's great for smoothies, dessert toppings, or just to eat straight out of the bag.

Sleep apnea is a new concept to me, and this past September I was diagnosed with it, and I was scared... so heading to the center, I went in with tons of concerns, and they were very nice, and tried to explain what was happening. They went step by step on the care of the Sleep Apnea machine, and mask care. I had some concerns, being that at the time, it was September and the fall was coming, plus winter, so, I had concerns about the mask. I get chronic colds and bronchitis, so I was worried that the nasal mask would not be good enough, and my therapist said I didn't have to worry, that it would work without issue however, now here it is December, and all those worries I had about the nasal mask have come to light, and I tried to express my concerns to my therapist but, she just won't hear of me changing to a face mask. Everything up til this point has been great, and I am saddened that I am not able to use the mask, and therefore I am not breathing at night but, if you do not have the same issues as I do, the colds and such, then this is a great place. Idk, maybe I am just not meshing with the therapist but, whatever it is, I am seeing my sleep specialist in Feburary, and maybe I can get him to officialy order the mask. All I know is that up til this point, the service was awesome, and I would recommend it to a friend. -

This is such a great tasting drink, and I wasn't kidding with the title. It tastes like a Pez Candy!
I drank one can, and I wanted to drink more because of the taste. I mean, who doesn't like that trip down memory lane, back to when they were kids and popping those suckers like well... like their were PEZ! lol.
There is a very sweet taste, and the after taste is mildly sour but, it doesn't take away from the overall flavor.
I always love trying something new, and this was a great experience!

I am constantly looking for it in the stores.
If you are looking for something with tons of flavor, and loads of extras (ie: pieces of maple sugar fudge.. omg, I am drooling just writing this) then I strongly suggest that you try this brand.
Irresistibles is the name brand, and Sugar Shack Ice Cream is the name of the ice cream.

This tea was very sweet tasting. The aroma was calming, and pleasant. This is another tea that has a nice after taste, nothing too sour or harsh. It's a great tea to drink at night.

I would strongly suggest that when you seep this tea, you remove the bag before drinking it, so that it doesn't get too strong.
As I mentioned, the smell is very nice, and calming.
I would not add anything to the tea, so that it doesn't lose it's qualities however, if you do not wish for the after taste, maybe add the tiniest amount of honey. It won't take away from the benefits, and may make it a less harsh after taste.
