I make banana bread few times in a month and was craving some with not enough dead bananas.I saw this and said why not.I halved the fat with one half coconut oil the other half a brown banana.I also added good real vanilla and that saved it.The extra fat made it moist and the special spice mix I had helped that chemical taste.I can imagine what it's like without additions..blah lol -
