I have been working out at Live Once since it opened, and I love it! The classes are challenging and have kept me coming back for more! Elisabeth is a wonderful instructor who is motivating and keeps all the classes fun and the results are visible on all the girls that attend the classes at Live Once. The studio is clean and cozy, and you feel instantly comfortable when you walk in the door. Elisabeth and her staff have helped me maintain a great level of fitness and are always adding new and fun workouts to keep my muscles challenged. The variety of classes in the studio is great, there is always something new to try on any given day. The classes are a perfect size and all the instructors are willing to give you tips before and after classes. The class sign up on line is fantastic and allows me to sign up instantly and plan my exercise weeks ahead of time. This is a great place to go for challenging, motivating and fun workouts. You will be hooked after trying one class!!!    -
