I love that it is alcohol free and doesn't dry my skin out . I also love that it is three products in one, a cleanser, toner and eye makeup remover. It doesn't irritate my skin and is the perfect all in one product for sensitive skin. -

I have been diagnosed with a low thyroid and don't want to take prescription medication as you have to take it forever. I have been taking this supplement for about 6 months and prefer it to taking the supplements like kelp individually. I take two pills in the morning and I seem to feel better since taking it but still have really tired days. I am also taking ginseng and ashwaghanda powder which have made a big difference in my energy level. -

I have been using Body Fortress glutamine powder as well as probiotics for 4 months now to heal my stomach. My digestive problems seem to be gone and I don't have to take any over the counter medications or prescriptions. I take one teaspoon twice a day mixed with a little bit of water. I haven't had any side effects from this powder but have heard that sometimes people should start with a small amount and see how their body reacts to it. -

I took this with orange juice in the morning and I didn't mind the taste. I am used to taking ashwagandha daily for my low thyroid and chronic fatigue and by itself it tastes horrible. I felt that I had a bit more energy while taking this and didn't have to rely on caffeine so much . I also didn't have any energy slumps during the day. I would like to try it for a few months and see it if will help my chronic fatigue. -
