I received a free month's supply of Promensil Perimenopause tablets. I have been suffering perimenopause symptoms for a couple years now. Although prescription hormones absolutely have a place in treating perimenopause, I have been reluctant to go straight to that route. I generally like to find natural approaches to ailments, if possible. In the women's health world, there are so many snake potions, that it's hard to determine what is effective vs how it is marketed. Seeing a free offer for this product, I decided to try it. One tablet a day, for 30 days. I have found that it has taken the edge off of many of my symptoms. The symptoms have decreased as the month progressed. I am considering buying a month's supply to see if continued usage will keep symptoms under control.
