Unfortunately this supplement is not for me. The label states: "stop use if you experience mild gastrointestinal disturbances..." and that's what happened. It's not a problem with the brand because I've used other products from AOR before with no side effects. I'm not able to report on its effectiveness since I didn't take it very long.

This was definitely an easy addition to my daily routine, because I'm used to taking other natural supplements regularly. I didn't experience any improvement in my symptoms. At the same time this product didn't make them worse either. I only had a chance to take it for 2 weeks within the review period, so perhaps my results don't make it's effectiveness clear? I will keep trying them until the bottle is finished. -

The pumpkin seeds don't add much flavour though have a nice contrasting texture to the peanuts. The drawback of this product is the overall texture, which I find too coarse to comfortably chew. My husband didn't find this to be a problem for him, so it's a personal preference of mine. I would buy it for my family, though. -
