I was recently selected for the Batiste & Flawless Beauty 2022 campaign from @Butterely @ChickAdvisor and received a 200ml bottle of the new “Plant Powered Dry Shampoo” from Batiste Naturally. I was already a huge fan of dry shampoos from Batiste before trying this, so I already new this was going to be a great product. I’m over the moon that they’re now offering more natural & environmentally friendly options. This dry shampoo is actually made from 100% natural green tea & chamomile extracts along with rice starch! This dry shampoo comes in an eco friendly recyclable can that uses 40%* less packaging than their originals. I didn’t notice any decrease in quality with this new formal. I found it worked just as well as their originals. I would have preferred that they didn’t add in the artificial fragrances, though it wasn’t over whelming. This will be my new go to dry shampoo from Batiste from now on!

Lately I was selected for a Covergirl campaign to try out their new “Simply Ageless Lash Plumping Mascara”. I received this mascara for free from @thisisbutterly and @chickadvisor to review. I’m not a huge makeup user, especially mascara, as most of them really aggravate my eyes, but I was pleasantly surprised how lightweight this formula is and that it didn’t bother my eyes whatsoever. It is noted on the package that this formula is tested by ophthalmologically test and suitable for sensitive eyes and contact wearers – win, win for me! The wand bristles are soft and curved nicely to reach even those tiny little lashes without clumping. This mascara instantaneously created a plumper & more volumized lashes for me. I didn’t realize at first, but this formula is actually a 3 in 1 – a primer, mascara and serum that is imbued with hyaluronic complex & bamboo which can actually help improve the growth & strength of your natural lashes - how grand is that? This mascara is a great, budget friendly option for under $15

I had never heard of Bakugan until I recently obtained the new Bakugan Platinum Battle Bundle from #spinmaster for #free from #familyratedclub #butterly for review. My kids were all thrilled when received this bundle. They knew what Bakugan was from the tv program but hadn’t expressed any interest prior to this. This battle bundle came with a neat pop open battle mat, 4 Bakugan characters and the cards. It says for ages 6+ but I found even my older kids struggled with the rules/instructions. It was more enjoyable for them to just play with the characters and mat how they wanted. I feel like had we been fans of the Bakugan shows that we may have been more motivated to using it the way it was intended, but nevertheless, it was still a fun family activity. I’m very enthusiastic about this one! I received Garnier’s Super Glow Serum from #Butterly #ChickAdvisor to check out. I’ve used this serum twice daily for about a week now and within the first few days I noticed a softer look to the completion to my skin overall. I also notice a diminution in my dark pigmentation spots. I love that this serum contains a 3.5% glow complex (vitamin C, salicylic acid & niacinamide) all which are fantastic skincare ingredients! It non greasy and absorbs pretty swiftly so it’s quick to apply first thing in the morning and before bed. This serum is a great, affordable option for your skincare routine!

I received a complimentary bottle of pHisoderm CLEAN Blemish-Prone Facial Cleanser from Butterly and Chick Advisor in exchange for my honest review. I’m a enthusiast of pHisoderm products already so it was to no surprise that I loved this cleanser! It’ contains Salicylic Acid and Hyaluronic Acid which does wonders for my blemish prone skin. Its mild and free from the dreaded sulfates, mineral oil, parabens, alcohol, and dyes. As with all their products this cleanser helps maintain the pH-level of your skin thus helping to control breakouts. I would certainly recommend this cleanser and I will continue to use it as a part of my daily skin care routine!

I found it didn’t absorb well and just kind of sat on my skin. I do like that it is formulated without parabens, SLS or silicones and that its fragrance free though. It may work best for someone with dryer skin around their eye area, but I will continue to use up the bottle and see if I have improved results. -

I really like Rimmel Kind & Free Clean, Volumizing & Lengthening Mascara. I typically can’t wear mascara because most brands are full of harsh chemicals that causes me eye irritation, but I can wear this mascara without any issues! This mascara is 100% vegan and free of fragrances, mineral oils & animal derived ingredients. Its easy to put on in one step and I quiet like the brush itself. Its long lasting and water resistant. I went swimming with it on and there was no raccoon eyes! This is my new go to mascara for sure – great work Rimmel!

This is my new favourite perfume! I love the simple ingredients of this perfume. I find it to be a wonderful, light floral musk scent. I’m usually overwhelmed by most scents, but this one is light and free of harsh chemicals. It’s a splendid soft mix of juicy pears encrusted with a calm natural musk scent! Yumm!
This company is amazing from their simple farm to fragrance collection, that is created from sustainably obtained materials and even comes with eco conscious & recyclable packaging! Talk about an all-in-one great product!
