This tea has been a long-standing favourite of mine. I’ve always liked mint teas but this one in particular is mint tea but yet mild. It’s still soothing more than it is stimulating. The flavours are just a really lovely blend of mint and other deliciousness. It’s great when you’re not feeling well or before bed especially but anytime, really. I absolutely recommend it. -

I take it every morning in a glass of water and if I have a bad flare up I might also have a second dose in the evening. I haven't had a flare up now in probably a year and I used to have daily issues. I found it pricey but my sister gets it for me at a wholesale club store now and it's much more affordable. -

I have purchased this type of yogurt frequently. It comes in so many different flavors. I like that it's low calorie but still filling. My whole family loves it. It's great with fruit or granola but also by itself.

I liked the shampoo a lot. It left my hair nice and clear. The conditioner was a bit thick and didn't spread as well as I would have liked. Both products smell great, though!
