These are absolutely delicious. The only flaw I found initially was they came in a large bag and I definitely ate more than a serving size. Today my husband surprised me with a box of 40 assorted individually wrapped 90 calorie serving sizes.. Yummy!! I'm happy they came up with such a great idea.. the blueberry is my absolute favourite but the others are good too.! -

I've been using these for about 2 years, I have 1 in both bathrooms and in the kitchen. I really liked them in the beginning , they seemed to work very well , it was nice not to have a messy gooey soap bar to deal with. Over time I started to notice some issues. The refills are pricey at $5. Soft soap refills are about the same size and go on sale for $1. They can be filled with other soap but its a hit and miss kind of thing. I think Lysol should have made them refillable and provide larger containers of soap so you could refill them cheaply.
There has also been an issue with 'run on' sometimes the dispenser keeps going after you've finished using it and you find a huge gooey mess on the counter.

I love this yogurt.. I usually get the plain and add fruit to have as a snack or dessert. I also add 1/2 a cup to my smoothie to make it creamier,tastier and a protein source. I've also used it in place of sour cream in my spinach dip recipe and on baked potatoes. It costs more than other yogurts but I find it worth it. If you buy the 3 pack at Costco it ends up being really affordable.. On the downside I find the individual serving sizes to be overly sweet and not as good quality.. I dont recommend the individual serving sizes at all -
Kellogg's Bran Flakes
I think this cereal gets overlooked because it looks boring. However, it is delicious!! Add a banana or 1/2 a cup of blueberries and some milk and its really enjoyable. Its also filling, will definitely take you to lunch time. Its also a great idea... +

Have a serving of this and you will feel satisfied and bonus.. GREAT fibre :o) -
